I would recommend Darlows letting agents in Merthyr was brilliant showing me around the house answers all my questions and has kept me up to date with the application I put in for the house.

Do notuse this company ! They do not return calls or emails. Having lost a family member and providing them with all the relevant information back in October they are holding rent which they should not be making it impossible for the widow of the deceased to pay the mortgage. Shocking customer service, no empathy at all and rude unhelpful staff

I let my flat by this aganecy and tried to sell it with them. They are teh worst agancey ever. Property management was very poor, so my tenant left out with not a good service just because they havent informed me about any issues. And the other issue on selling process was they havent chcked teh source of money of the buyer . So i had a big financial missing just because i trusted them. Never go to them if you want to have your peace.

Found all the staff very helpful and friendly. Also, they had good advice and knowledge about the local area. Found them an excellent agent.

Viewed a property yesterday and was overwhelmed by how helpful she was, she was bubbly and enthusiastic able to answer all our questions and give advise on the property potential. Very impressed would recommend Darlows to family and friends, if she is an example of this company then they are the best in my book, not like some who show you round a property and can't answer any questions, she was both helpful and knowledgeable, excellent service.

For some reason Darlows insist on listing properties with "guide" prices, be under no illusion that if you offer the lower 'guide' price it will not be accepted as there is a fictional other buyer offering higher.

Darlows clearly knew the property I was interested in had a VERY poor structural report but still allowed me to progress with surveys etc costing in excess of £800, money which was all lost.

All in all a poor service.

Just purchased a property advertised by Darlows in Brynmawr, thank you for her help during the process, from accommodating my visits, to acting a go between between all parties to get the sale done and keeping me up to date, very helpful and nothing too much trouble.

She was so helpful & understanding and very knowledgeable through the process of selling my house. If I had queries she was always at the end of the phone to listen and give out good advice.

She wouldn't just give me one answer she would give me options of what would happen at certain stages, I would defiantly use & recommend her to sell your house.

Darlows were supposed to value my property but couldn't be bothered to turn up. I had travelled 20 miles to make the appointment so a phone call would have been nice.
