So from my first phone call to my offer I have to say the service has been pretty good. When I spoke to the first lady she didn't pressure me in to signing up with them. Just kept in touch to see how things were progressing. The young man who took over from her was great. He didn't sugarcoat anything but he was also diplomatic enough for me. I wasn't overly keen on doing viewings myself but I got the hang of it after some advice. It helped me relax and get into the swing of the viewing. I liked the feedback from viewers although not always what you want to her. Yes I would recommend express estate agents.

Over the years we have used many, many estate agents, and we can honestly state none so efficient as this agent, he was totally on the ball, from my first email enquiries to the offer acceptance. We were blown away by his commitment to give us his total attention, well that's what it felt like. We have previously felt very let down by sloppy work, no feedback, and left to feel like we were at the very bottom of their to do list. We have several properties and will not hesitate to contact him when it's time to sell. Can not thank him enough for his 5* Service.

Absolutely impossible to get hold of. Trying to contact sales chasing team and the phone just rings then cuts off. A contact Number my buyer provided me with just rings, gets diverted then cuts off. Do not trust any sales to go through when this company are involved in a chain. I am about to break the news to their seller that I am advising my client to remarket as it is farcical that you can not get hold of anyone at all and therefore Express Estate Agency are going to cost them the 'dream home'. If you want your sale and purchase to progress and regular communication with all parties to ensure a smooth process, do not touch Express Agents. My review is as a fellow estate agent involved in a chain.

Express premised me a sale within 1 month and boy did they deliver. He kept me updated at all stages of the viewings and subsequent sale. Would recommend Express to anyone who want a quick sale
