Excellent service from the valuation to completion. Haybrooks achieved a sale price better than their highest estimate, despite the difficult trading conditions.Their marketing strategy was spot on and the purchaser put in an offer within one working day of the viewing. They controlled the sale process and kept me informed at every stage. They were also able to advise me on house clearance etc. I would recommend the staff at this office to anyone thinking of selling their property in this area.

They always answered my emails within 24 Hours. They assisted me with many additional services, this meant I did not have to travel all the way to Bradford.

Having had Haybrook, Merryweathers and Read Reins value my property for sale I decided on Read Reins and following that decision I have been bombarded with phone call after phone call and letters as to why I didn't choose them. The estate agent said our offices are open 7 days a week until 10pm NO THEY ARE NOT ITS A CALL CENTRE IN COLCHESTER !!

Haybrooks are like a dog with a bone and God forbid should you take this off them, it's ok for ten to say they have more properties for sale than anyone else, no wonder because people probably get fed up of the constant harrasment, you can have a number of properties for sale but are they all sold !!

Haybrook Crookes Sheffield were excellent in various respects. I found them to be communicative, helpful and reassuring throughout the process. Their advice has been good and I found this particularly useful since the solicitors acting on my behalf have been poor. I would recommend them strongly and without hesitation to anyone either buying or selling in their area. They worked really hard for me both before and after the acceptance of the offer and throughout the process. All in all, I have had an excellent experience working with them.

Went with Haybrooks in October 2014 - not really expecting anything until springtime - an unexpected viewing and subsequent offer in the Xmas holidays proved satisfactory and now here we are completing before the end of February. All the staff at the Chapeltown branch have been pleasant and courteous whether by phone or in person. Really pleased!!

My only downside was the price which seemed a large portion of a lower priced property. I tried to negotiate a lower fee but it wasn't to be. The valuation was on the high side but the actual selling price came in at 10% lower which was disappointing.

From day 1, when visited, at our property, both myself, my brother and my sister were impressed by the Lister's professional approach.

We were all very pleased by the way the property was advertised, the photographs shown on the internet were excellent and we were amazed to receive a first offer after only one day.

We felt that the branch staff were very accommodating and kept us informed at all stages of the property sale.

We tried some of the cheaper agents but attracted only a few genuine viewers not everyone wants such a large garden, however in the first month with Haybrook we had much more interest . Staff weren't 100pc passing on messages between themselves but the senior staff are excellent . Over all it has been a painless operation which is help at a time when it is really needed
