Ekornes Stressless Buckingham Sofas

We bought a Stressless Buckingham sofa and loveseat just a year ago. We paid $4000 and $3000 respectively. Already, the padding is worn out in the loveseat I sit on and I only weigh 100 pounds. Our cheaper sofas have lasted many years before showing signs of wear. Stressless furniture is highly over-rated and overpriced.

Bought a Ekornes Buckingham 3 and 2 seat sofa in November 2015 costing £5,600. 3 of the seats have sunk and are really uncomfortable to sit on, went back to supplier who sent a technician out and have now come back and said that Ekornes want to come out and inspect it but I will have to pay a call out charge, replied very happy for them to come out and inspect them but I am not paying a call out charge.

The product padding/filling of the sets is not of satisfactory quality and the value for money we paid to have posture comfort to sit on has gone after only 6 months of minimum usage.

Could or Would not recommend this product to anyone.
