I did the LA Weave and Nano Ring Course in Sheffield recently and found the trainer to be very helpful, friendly and patient. The kit I received was ace defo recomend this company

We Loved Our Course!!

Myself and one of my stylists attended a course last weekend and we absolutely loved it. I was a bit worried about booking us on after reading some of the reviews on here, but I spoke to a lovely lady on the phone who answered all of my questions, so I booked us on and I'm so glad I did. Our trainer was brill and she knew her stuff! I thought there was going to be loads of people on the course, there was 7 people and our trainer had plenty of time for all of us. We both left feeling confident in our new skill. We both got a kit, and a lovely silver case :) I would highly recommend KM, great value for money and we will definitely be going back to train in other methods to introduce into the salon :) xx

The Km Team Is Wonderful And Nothing Is Any Troubl

The km team is wonderful and nothing is any trouble, they actually guide you though step by step everything to get you ready for running your own hair extensions business and the training and kit is excellent. Never would you have this level of training elsewhere. Thank you for everything x

Appalling Customer Service....

I booked a course with KM, i had done my research and seen a couple of things that concerned me however i thought these were years ago and couldn't find anything recent . i was excited to do the course and get started in extensions. However this was short lived when my course was cancelled the night before i was due to attend. I was told this was due to the trainer been unavailable as her son was taken to hospital - this isn't the issue, the reason why i writing this review is the sheer unprofessional attitude afterwards.....

After the course was cancelled i was speaking to a staff member via email she offered me alternative courses but i wasn't able to do any of them due to work/commitments. she was lovely however considering how much money i had paid nothing was getting sorted as quickly as it probably should of been and i was very wary that the money was paid via bank transfer, not paypal/debit card. There was a period where i hadn't received a response over a couple of days , so i called the number on the website and was told that i would receive a call back when someone was free. So i waited for hours hadn't heard anything so decided to call back this time i got the same person and he was rude and abrupt and when i asked if he could help me his answer was no and he would only be able to take my details. Again i waited for a call which i never got so i called again, same thing.

By this point i was extremely annoyed with the attitude of this person and felt completely fobbed off so i wrote an email requesting a refund or i would be taking things further, heard nothing again so i decided to ring my bank and report it as a sham in a bid to get my money back as by this point i had delved deeper and read alot of reviews on forums and online about issues people were having getting refunds/certificates or even getting calls back from them after weeks. Straight after getting off the phone to my bank i received a call back from someone offering a refund or training so i told them i would like a refund... i called my bank back to cancel the investigation. 2 days later i only received the deposit back via paypal so i questioned this eventually after chasing again i had a call saying the money had been frozen and they couldn't refund it (this was because the bank hadn't canceled the investigation) however the attitude i received was that i was in the wrong so i pointed out that if i hadn't been ignored or fobbed off i wouldn't of had to ring my bank!! i was told that wasn't the case - by this point i couldn't be bothered to argue i just wanted my money back. i spoke to my bank who was very wary of cancelling the investigation however i told them i had received a part refund via paypal and an hour later the rest came back to my account.

Its all now sorted however i would recommend swerving this company their attitude to customers is appalling and you are treated as an inconvenience for their mishaps, i think i had a lucky escape reading some of the reviews!!

The Worst Company!

Selected my date and paid deposit to be told date was full and deposit non refundable and had to pick another. When I did finally find a suitable date training was good but the trainer was rushed and cut the course short - kept telling us she had a flight to catch.

Took 9 weeks for me to receive my certificate after completing everything! Then made my first order for beads thread etc , order came completely wrong and it took 3 weeks of calls and emails for the right order to finally arrive. I then stupidly ordered hair from them - 2 90g wefts in the same colour I received one and it's now been 10 days over 20 phone calls and emails and they finally sent out the 2nd weft in the wrong colour!!! Everyone I speak to it's not their problem and still have not received the correct colour. Considering trading standards as I feel as if I have been robbed and now lost my client because of them.

Very Bad Experience! So Unprofessional!

I attended km hair extension course on 27th March 2017. The class was a small number with six people, so the tutor got to come around everyone individually to help out which was great! Everything ran smoothly and I felt like I learnt alot whenever I left - then everything went downhill from there!

At the course we were told we had to complete a case study three months prior to our course.

I ordered a colour ring and received this within 2 days (which was great!)

I matched my models hair colour up and then placed my order for bonds, thread and hair extensions (10th May 2017). Two days later I received the bonds & thread but no hair - I emailed to see what had happened and the account manager explained that the hair was out of stock and put on back order.

From then on every single one of my emails regarding this situation have been ignored- which is very unprofessional!!

I have also rang up La Weave numerous times and every single time I rang up no one could help me with my order and they took my name and contact details to pass on to a member of management.

Why the person on the phone could not help me out I do not know - is that not their jobs? Why would they put up a contact number on their website if the person on the line cannot help their customers! (Again unprofessional).

I then went back on to the website and came across a "message" saying that all the hair was now on SALE as they are getting a new range in! So of course I panicked and rang up again to see what was going on. Again no one could tell me anything and they took my name and contact number!!!

I then did receive a phone call from a member of the management team - who apologised.

He apologised for his account manager who ignored all my e-mails. He then told me that my order got messed up and that my order was down as processed therefore they thought I had received everything.

He then began to tell me that the hair I had ordered is now out of stock and that they would not be getting it back in stock as they're waiting on a new range to come back in.

He asked me if I wanted to wait another few weeks for the new hair to come through- at the time of the phone call I couldn't tell him my answer as I had to get in contact with my client to see if she was happy to wait for another few weeks ( she has now been waiting three months ).

So I told him I would contact him back straight away whenever I got in contact with my client.

I have now been trying to get back in contact this past 2 weeks and everytime he is unavailable to speak to me. I have yet to get a refund or speak to a member of management.

My client is very upset that she's had to wait this long! It is just unacceptable and very unprofessional!!

I will continue to ring until I get this situation sorted out!! But whenever I get my refund (If I do) I will not be ordering from La Weave again!

I haven't even received my certificate as I couldn't even do my case study! And the amount of money I have lost due to Km Hair Extension Training/ La Weave is unavailable!!!

100% Excellent

Just completed my course with KM and it was definitely the best hair course I've done.

The trainer's are so knowledgeable and have so much industry experience, I've been in the industry for 12 year's and still gained so much from these guys.

Totally love my day thank you all so much for a wonderful experience and I will definitely be back soon for extra courses. Recommended 100% xx

Avoid!!

Very unprofessional, I cancelled my booking after asking for accreditation details which they wouldn't provide (therefore my insurance wouldn't cover it). Had to get paypal involved to obtain a refund. A business that doesn't comply with basic Consumer rights and hopes you won't know it is one to stay away from!!

Absolutely The Best Hair Course I Have Ever Been On!

I absolutely loved my course, the quality of the training is fantastic. Such value for money. Would 100% recommended without a doubt, you get so much information and guidance. The price is excellent and my teachers where so welcoming and knew everything. Can not wait to do my next course!!! Thank you guys xxxxxx :)

Annoying

Training day was Good and a nice small group, but was told I would recieve my manual in email Afew days after never recieved anything, i was also told I would have to do a case study after to get my certificate wich I was never told and I sent away my case study heard nothing for over a week I rang and had no one call me back I emailed and I got a response to say they didn't recieve my consultation (why didn't they email and say!) sent that off and I still have heard nothing it's Been way over a month since i went on the training and still can't do anything without my certificate. Bad customer service wouldn't go to that training again .. Let's see if I even get my certificate!!!!
