We had a fantastic first year with Health Assured and have now signed up for a further three years. Our Account Manager has been excellent and has been easily contactable and has come in for regular meetings and helped promote the service to staff. Feedback on the service has been great and word of mouth has also helped spread around to staff how useful and beneficial the service is. In more recent months we have been working on promotion of the online resources and have seen take up of these increase four fold which has been very promising. We have also had excellent and very prompt service from the Occupational Health Support Active Care package which has been essential in helping us support and rehabilitate staff back quickly and effectively into the workplace. Overall it has been a really positive experience for us and one that I would be happy to recommend to all organisations.

We have just completed the first year of using Health Assured as our EAP provider. Right from the start I have received positive feedback from staff who have accessed the service. The management information has been improving over the course of that year and there were a few blips but they responded quickly and corrected any issues. We also had a couple of issues with staff accessing the service but again Health Assured were quick to respond and help resolve the issue. You cannot ask for better service than that, it is the real test of a company in how they respond to and deal with issues. As such we are very happy entering into year two of our service agreement.

My partner had the unfortunate experience of one of the OH doctors. The report was extremely inaccurate from dates, to family history and then required adjustments. Luckily we asked for the report first. To the point we have had to request a second review. It appeared to be a copy and cut report. Maybe this is because the doctor was contracted out so gets paid per report. However, this is unacceptable for people who already are unwell to go through an experience of a completely inaccurate report. Maybe health assured need to vet their contracted doctors before hand and the quality of the report. I now am likely to have to take time off work to be there to check this report is accurate. Luckily it is not us paying for the report if I was I would be asking for my money back! Make sure you ask for the report as it appears this doctor did not either listen or just copy and pasted the report.

As part of our agreement with Peninsula we have an EAP package with Health Assured. This is something we haven't made much use of or needed to if honest. However in the middle of this year I personally needed to use it and the support they provided help a lot, thank you.

I have Health Assured as a service and its been brilliant, assisting with getting staff back to work not only makes sure im able to run my business at full strength but it also means that my staff are happy. Win win

I was supported by Health Assured with regards to a work life balance. I found myself in a spiral that I could not get out of. I was off sick from work and didn't see myself getting back there. I was contacted by Health Assured through my current employer as they did indeed want to help my situation. They contacted me over the phone and I had someone finally that I could talk to a get everything off my chest. I am now fit health and back at work enjoying my life. Without their help I don't know where I would be know and I don't know how I would support myself. Thank you thank you thank you.
