What Happened?

Will not buy Quality Street chocolates again. No Quality Chocolates there and terribly overpriced. Did not mind paying 20.00 for A tin of the original Quality Street but the ones they are putting in the original purple tin are not of the same quality chocolates. Won’t buy again. Others I know are of the same opinion.

Not What They Used To Be

Having received a box of Quality Street (the new plastic container) as a gift for Christmas I was delighted as it is years since I tasted my favourite chocolates. Well, to say I was disappointed is an understatement, firstly I didn't recognise the wrappers, gone were the glossy exciting wrappers I remember, and the chocolates themselves appear to be half the size they used to be. Not to be put off I looked for my favourite Purple hazelnut, (only four in a whole box!!! Not only has the packaging and size changed, I can honestly say I didn't enjoy them, mostly orange or strawberry or the penny shaped toffee, I certainly won't be rushing out to buy anymore.

Now The Worst On The Market!!

They are now cxxp! Not just the wrappers they feel awful, and the taste has hit rock bottom. Felt very embarrassed! at giving them to the children at Christmas as they were spitting them out, will never buy again! Disappointed isn't strong enough!!!!!

Not Impressed. Bad Quality.

Quality street bag. Full. With only just 2 flavor's. The two most unpopular flavor's. Orange creme & strawberry delight. Unwanted sweets by the whole family. A waste of money. Not impressed.

Profit Ruins Product

The real quality of this product has fallen to price gouging. A long time season̈al favorite was one that you would pay a little extra to enjoy is now nothing more than a 10 cent candy in an expensive container. We stayed with the product until it became overpriced. We have bought our last. Unfortunately Nestlé don't care.

Time To Lose “quality”

Many of us remember how the tin of Quality Street was one of the iconic festive highlights. Over the years this icon has been altered beyond recognition. Each year the quality diminishes a little further (a lot when they changed the wrapping - ok it was probably not particularly environmentally conscious with foil and plastic but is that why they changed…or do the cost savings increase profits?). Nail in the coffin is the “purple one” - the jewel in the box, now reduced to the same bland experience as the rest. Just bought my last tin.

Just name it “Street” - the quality is long gone (and you can save even more money on the graphics. You’re welcome)

Just Awful - Don't Buy

We tried Quality Street in Abu Dhabi and it was just awful. The chocolate is way to sweat and has a horrible after taste. All the flavours seem to taste the same apart from the orange one, but luckily my husband tried that first and warned me to not eat it (at the time of writing he is still alive). I would never buy these again and do not recommend them.

Ruined My Christmas

It’s not Christmas until you get your first tin of quality streaks and take a bite of that delicious chocolate after unwrapping that beautiful shiny wrapper. Can you imagine my shot tonight when I finally found a pin that was on sale as the price has gone up so much. The papers don’t feel right when you wanna wrap them and then when you bite into the chocolate, they taste horrible. The texture is not the same. They’re not as sweet. They’re not as runny. They’re just awful. I bought two tins and I’m going to take the other one back to the store and ask for a refund tomorrow. Biggest disappointment ever, If they don’t go back to how they used to be, my Christmas will be forever ruined. I will never buy these again. These are disgusting!
