Nescafe Cappuccino

I have to agree with the vast majority of reviews here, taste, appearance but mostly packaging, flipping awful. It might well taste weaker because every time a sachet is opened, some of the contents are wasted, always a mess on the worktop. Will these manufacturers never learn? New improved flavour pretty much always means cheaper, less of the good stuff and more of the cheaper ingredients. That is the only thing which doesnchange.

I have been drinking this every morning since first introduced. There have been several “ improvements” in that time, each one making it less pleasant to drink than the one before. I have put up with this and have gradually got used to the new taste. However the latest change has been the most disappointing. The coffee is weak, and I don’t like strong coffee, there is no foam, I even use a coffee whisker, and the horrible plastic packet is almost impossible to open without the side ripping out and depositing the contents all over the worktop. Nescafé need to sort it out !!!

Bought the sachets for years but the new look packet is awful too opens up and the mix spills everywhere. The taste is awful very watery. So they are saving money producing rubbish...but will lose money, I won't be buying again!

"New look same great taste" - No. It is horrible. Looking for alternatives.

I've been drinking nescafe cappuccino for a few years now and what a lovely drink but suddenly not only has the box changed they've changed the ingredients now it tastes really milkly nothing like before got to say I won't be buying it anymore

20 years ive been drinking this cappunini sachet from nestle. This new look hideous taste is revolting. I would buy caramel if it was what i wanted! Now to find altetnatives.....any suggestions out there?

Like many reviews I’ve been having this and caramel latte for years brought new box from Morrison at reduced price even at this price will not buy anymore nothing like original

Been buying these forever but now have no taste and leave an awful after taste .How disappointed.Will have to find an alternative. Leave things alone .

I have been drinking Nescafé Cappuccino for over four years now and since the recent update in packaging, although we are assured that it has “the same great taste!”, I find it not only tastes different but has both an unpleasant smell and taste. Suffice to say not only will I not buy this again but I would most certainly not recommend to anyone.

The 'new look' box quotes 'same great taste'. Same great taste as what? It's not the same as the Nescafe Gold Cappuccino sachets I have been buying and drinking for years. This is like drinking a cup of warm milk - awful!
