Warning Just To Make You All Aware

I do not intend touching these people with a barge pole.

Arrangements were made for a 9.30 visit for an assessment/quotation. We have approx. 195sq metres in the front garden and approx.288 sq metres of land at the back garden.Would of thought this would be quite a lucrative project for Lazylawn. Obviously they thought differently as no one bothered to turn up, no phone call, no email,no apology no nothing. All the more annoying as i had made alternative arrangements in order to accommodate them.

I will obviously be taking my business elsewhere.

Lazylawn=happydays

I am very pleased with the service and work done by Lazylawn. Appointments kept and easy to get in touch with.

The lady who answers the phone is cheery and helpful and nothing is too much trouble for her.

Very pleased with my small 'ink blot' shaped front lawn laid by competent workers who tried to please. The 'grass' looks good and very realistic.

Much Better All-round Compared To Easigrass

I actually started with EasiGrass and would have been very happy to handover my money to the Bucks franchise, except for the fact that they were thoroughly incompetent. Initial call led to a polite lady surveying the property and promising a quote within a day or two. Two months later, after many attempts to chase a quote out of them and even a call to their head office (who promised to chase), still nothing.

Now I had spent quite a lot of time getting samples from various suppliers and at the time, Easigrass seemed to have the superior product. However, by chance (while waiting for the never to appear quote) I stumbled across LazyLawn. They were very responsive, suggested I visited the demo gardens on show at their A1(M)/M25 show garden and came away very impressed with the product quality. In my view slightly better (Signature version) than the Easigrass Chelsea that we had been considering. But in honesty I would not say there was much difference, both seem high quality product.

The difference is that there sales man was accommodating and efficient. From initial contact to installation was less than 3 weeks. The workers were efficient, polite and did a first class job. I'm so pleased with both the customer service, the product, and end result that I felt it was important to leave a review, which is a complete first for me!

As for Easigrass, maybe other franchises have got their act together, but I would avoid Bucks (Tendercare Nurseries) with a barge poll.

No Customer Service.

Wrote to lazy lawn to request a quote. They sent me some samples and a piece of paper to draw the space that needed 'lawning.' I dutifully went about measuring the area and sent back a picture of the measurements etc. They said it would be 48hours. No response. Chased. No response. Sent a terse email advising I was not happy. No response. Husband left a review on another site, one email received back asking for details. Details given. NO

RESPONSE.

There's a theme here.

AND THIS IS THEIR PRESALES SERVICE!

Speaks volumes about the potential after sales care. Wouldn't touch with a barge pole and I would suggest you avoid too. Shocking.

We also contacted Lazy Lawn - Initial impression was good, the lady we spoke to on the phone was very pleasant and knowledgable. We were told someone would contact us within a couple of days, a week later nothing! I thought we would give them the benefit of the doubt and called once more, again another polite person on the phone, very apologetic and promised we'd receive a call, a week later still nothing - we have decided to give up on them and go with Easigrass.

Be Warned!

I am disgusted by the quality of work completed and the complete absence of customer service received in light of having our lawn laid at our house. The lawn was laid and resulted in patches forming by both the door step and on main walking path; I contacted the company on multiple occasions - over a dozen emails, 20+ phone calls and still all requests to investigate went unanswered. I compel you to look elsewhere and not receive the shocking treatment we received. The price was such that I expected the comprehensive post-fitting care that was promised - I was wrong... Please do not invest; you run the same risk.

New Back And Front Lawn

Have just had lazylawn suffolk based at red lodge in to do my back and front lawn, well what can i say, fantastic job from start to finish.

Was fascinated how they achieved the finished job and took pictures at all the different stages.

The attention to detail and asking me throughout the job if I was happy was a really nice touch,

Would I recommend YES without a doubt, every time I look out of my windows I am quite lost for words at such a stunning job, I really cannot speak to highly of the two guys that were here.

Thank you so very much from a very happy husband and wife and two dogs.

Fine In Winter But Melted In Summer

We had the lawn installed in December 2014 and the installation was generally ok. They were quick but weren't particularly careful about ensuring the edges were level and there was sand sprayed everywhere which they left for me to clean up. Once installed and cleaned up the lawn looks good and is enjoyably warm to walk upon.

The problem occurred during the summer heat of 2015. The lawn was installed in a small West-facing garden fairly close to our house. During a particular hot day the sun has reflected from the rear window onto the lawn and melted a patch of it. At no point during installation was it mentioned that the reflection from a window could melt the grass but during a recent call with LazyLawn then apparently windows are the same as mirrors when it comes to the guarantee. As a result, LazyLawn say that it's not covered by the warranty as, presumably, I should have known the reflection from a window could melt the lawn. I asked if they wouldn't mind repairing the patch that has melted this time and I'll cover the grass on hot days in future but they weren't interested.

Overall, the lawn is nice but if you happen to have windows which face the afternoon sun and your lawn is anywhere near those windows then you might want to think again or just accept your lawn may melt.

What A Brilliant Result!

Lazy lawn

Hi Lak - Just wanted to say a big thank you for your great customer service. Friendly, likeable and no pressure. My garden looks absolutely beautiful now (after the disastrous weed killing episode). I can't stop looking at it. Had all the neighbours over to see it AND I wouldn't be surprised if you get some orders!

Thanks again Lak.

My Dog Loves It!

After struggling for years with my dog, my lawn was full of dead spots and holes which the dog would dig up every now and then i decided i had two choices, either get rid of the dog or get an artificial lawn! After a crying session from the kids i decided to just replace the lawn!

After requesting samples from many different company’s i settled with wonder yarn from LazyLawn. Due to it being summer i did however have to wait to get the lawn installed as i was told the team where extremely busy!

After 4 weeks my lawn was transformed and now I’m able to just focus on my borders and plants rather than having the never ending battle with my dog to keep the lawn green!

Thanks for the transformation!
