Ordered 3 Haning Baskets
Have now recieved all of my order.ie 3 hanging baskets which 2 arrived tonight at 18.50hrs damaged and broken.as it looks as though it has been dropped or put on its side as when i opened the box there was soil and peat on the top of the box plus when opened further to see that one of the baskets covered in soil and nearly on its side.when i took the plants out there was a lot of flowers in the bottom of the box with lots of soil as well have now got them in doors to try and recover there exsperience.so onthis note if evri is your frefered courier i will not buy from you again as a very unprofeshinal company as the same happened to the first one.does not take care of any parcels.

Ordered pre planted fruit salad hanging basket. What eventually arrived was nothing like description on website in pretty poor condition and didn’t match any others on their website. Think had been filled will ‘leftovers’. Very disappointing after a 9 week wait after payment made and chasing them. Parker’s have said will refund but item is now out of stock (though will still allow you to buy on website which seems a bit risky if they are out of stock!). Probably will have to chase and wait 9 weeks for refund as not done yet! Buyer beware!!

I placed an order which arrived after 32 days, when they should have arrived within 28 days. The majority of the plants had died in transit and were dead leaves and sticks in pots. The adviser told me that they were dormant. Absolutely appalling customer service!

Ordered a collection of azaleas as a birthday gift. They arrived separately after two months waiting and were very small and twiggy. Not good value at all.

Misconstrued Delivery Time. Wish I Read The Reveiews Before
Ordered 4 trees in early August. Was sent a delivery confirmation saying it would be delivered in early September. No plats up to date, so enquired again and was told that the plants will be sent in November. I have asked for a cancellation of the order and refund. Awaiting their response. Let's see what happens.

An absolute waste of money. much of my order was dead od of arrival or did not grow. Trying to complain was a waste of time

Rotten And Mouldy Plants
Order of 3 heucheras arrived rotted away and covered in mould/fungus. Initial message, with photos, via their online customer contact form totally ignored. Spoke to an unfriendly, unhelpful customer service representative, who told me to repack them and post them back, at which point they'd consider a refund. Sent an email to their sales department, with photos again, which resulted eventually in being told to cut out the rot, mould and fungus and plant them anyway. I've used J Parkers several times over the last couple of years with no issues, but after this latest experience won't be using them again.

Dead Plants No Return Labels
I bought an order for over £50 two sections of the order were dead or poor quality. I took a photo and asked for a refund .I was told to either plant them and see how they did or parcel them up and return them . I asked for return labels but was told it was not their policy to issue them? They could see they were quite unusably!Therefore it is obviously not worth all the bother of sending them back and paying postage as I am sure they are aware!
All plants were in tiny pots & dry.
Do not buy or be taken in with their free offers. Which bye the way was not available when I received my order

Poor Delivery
The main problem stems from the delivery service Envi who are one step ahead of Yodel in terms of bad delivery service. Ie poor handling of plants, get a decent firm and improve plant life 100 per cent.

Poor State Of Plants And The Corms Etc Haven't Made An Appea
Don't buy from this company. Very very disappointed in the condition of some of the plants I received,lupin plugs dead, and others that you plant under the soil haven't made an appearance. Got better plants from Wilko.
I have emailed them with photos no response at all!!!! AVOID!!!!
