This is the second time we have purchased furniture from Regatta, and both times we can give nothing but praise. Excellent quality alongside excellent service from the team in Swanley, Kent. We have recommended Regatta to may of our friends and family. Top class.

Catalogue of errors
1. The quality of furniture shoddy and sub-standard.
2. Furniture with 50% defects on chairs delivered and they said issues were minor.
3. Wrong colour cushions sent.
4. It is like paying full price for second-hand furniture delivered.
5. It took them 8 weeks instead of 4 to 5 weeks.
6. Regatta don’t reply to any emails.
7. They don’t return their calls when left a message.
8. The customer has to keep on chasing them all the time.
9. The driver didn’t ring an hour before delivery as he should have.
Customer Service Rubbish!
I spent over £1300 on furniture that I ordered from the Ideal Home Exhibition.
Furniture arrived with 3 items missing, but no one had told me that they were out of stock!
When I called about this, I was told that they did not know these items were out of stock and that they would arrive into stock yesterday and that they would call me to give me a delivery date.
Of course they didn't!
I chased them again today only to be told that they will be delivered in the next 3 days and they could not give me a delivery date!
Do make matters worse they were quite rude on the phone to me!
Be careful if you are considering Using from this company, because once they have your money, they don't care about you.

strange how some people are - i have never had a major problem with regatta garden furniture. okay something may have been out of stock but i was informed and the furniture always turned up. good quality and best prices, i recommend this family business!
i have always bought rattan products, the kensington deluxe range - most things already assembled - they offered to assemble my coffee table but the charge was a bit pricey - so i did it myself.

The Kensington basics range of rattan furniture requires self assembly - something which is not mentioned on the website, in the catalogue or when I purchased it. Very disappointing.

Ordered Gregg Wallace 150cm Hexagonal table with Gazebo
Received the order and was shoked on the quality and finish.
Chair was broken from the welding -
All welding was so poor - I could ahve done better job
Chiop makes on chairs and table
Overall the furniture was so cheaply made
I have sent them photos and asking for full refund
Hope they do not give me hard time on this.

Really bad customer service, furniture gets dumped on the pavement, umbrella colour was cream, chair cushions grey bit of a mismatch, asked if we could change umbrella, yes was ok as long as we took it back to the shop, nice as pie and couldn't do enough for you at the ideal home show, they are not bothered once they get your money, so my ADVICE DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM, on the plus side furniture is nice, unbrella cheap as string broke on first use, waste the time phoning them to complain as you don't get anywhere,

Their customer “service” really didn’t want to know claimed was due to my negligence

I can't believe the other reviews on this site. I bought at the Ideal Home Exhibition, they held onto the furniture until we needed it, then delivered within 4 days. All the calls were answered quickly and when we had trouble assembling the day bed, the customer service man was absolutely brilliant, arranging for a man to come and assemble it. We haven't had service like this for years!! The quality of the furniture is very good as well.
Don't Buy
I ordered Kensington High Back Corner Set at Ideal Home Exhibition 2015. Have had to call REGATTA twice to ask why it hasn't been delivered in the time I was told. Rang them on 17/4/15 - they said it would come 'any day now' - but have had to call again today, 30/4/15 and was told it is out of stock. OUT OF STOCK - how does 'any day now' become out of stock?

This company has let us down and I will contact the Ideal Home organisers to say REGATTA after sales is beyond awful. I guess all the 'stock' was on the huge stand they had at the show. Would warn off anybody should they want to buy this product at the Ideal Home Show.
Very disappointment and not amused…..and they've got my money…
I would suggest to anyone - don't think you are getting a bargain or good services when all you are getting is hassle.
Worst Customer Service I've Ever Come Across
I purchased an ex display sofa set at end of last season and when I unpacked the cushions there was a cushion missing. I contacted regatta who were not interested In helping me in the slightest. Even when I conceded the 'sold as seen' argument and asked if they could order me a cushion from the manufacturer (that I agreed to pay for) they refused. The wouldn't even give me the manufacturers contact number and told me to look on the Internet.
If I had the option on this review I would give zero stars. Regatta are competitively priced, but trust me do you want the grief of zero customer service if you have a problem ?
Don't touch this company with a barge pole if you want the reassurance of some service If there is a problem
