No Seeds And No Response From Several Mails

Have used a few times. First orders were later but came. Most recent order didn’t arrive at all and their communications are terrible. Several mail sent and total silence from the company. They obviously don’t value customer service. Don’t use.

Ordered With Ease, Arrived Swiftly, And There's Wh

Ordered with ease, arrived swiftly, and there's where the good experience stopped. Items missing from the order, I emailed, used the contact us section of their website on four occasions before emailing again re the matter. A month later and all communications are being ignored and I'm still out of pocket.

Beware... No Communication And No Receipt Of Order

Appalling communication. Sent numerous emails and left messages on their website to update shipping address (immediately after placing order) but every single communication ignored. Also registered letter sent to their address but also ignored. Spent £17 on their website and received nothing so a complete waste of money ... Not good at all and now have to waste my time to get my money back from them.

They have no phone number so cannot call them.

This company seems to ignore all attempts by clients trying to reach them because for non delivery of goods.

Credit card merchants who are allowed to accept payments by credit cards get slapped with fees when a business has too many chargebacks. ...

If credit card company decides to terminate the merchant account, the business will lose the ability to process credit card payments.

A terminated account could also land the merchant on the MATCH list.

When merchants rack up excessive chargebacks, it not only cuts into their bottom lines,

it puts their merchant accounts in jeopardy.

No matter what the reasons, excessive chargebacks are bad for business.

1% is the top limit for chargebacks, before their ability to accept card payments put in jeopardy.

This means 1 client in 100. It is therefore upto you to join the others who are initiating chargebacks

I started to worry about your comments after I ordered seeds last month and yes,there was a delay but that was expected due to lockdown. The seeds arrived in excellent condition a d Iordered a second batch which arrived in a few days.

No Delivery, No Response To Emails And No Telephone Number

Do not buy from this company, you will not get your order. They do not respond to emails and there is no telephone number. Appalling customer service. I have requested a refund but will not hold my breath, it's a small amount of money but the principle.

I keep contacting them regarding a wrong order sent to me

And no reply no customer service for 3 months already . Only automated emails

They Don't Care

I placed an order, then received an E:Mail saying despatched. Two weeks later phoned as they had not arrived and was told they were on their way. Three days later the package arrived, the contents seed packets were mostly open seeds all mixed up inside the main package.

Via their website I notified them and they have not had a reply

Don't Reply To Emails

I had to pay for first class post which was more than my seeds actually cost but it still took 3 weeks for my seeds to arrive. Wouldn't have minded but I emailed the company 3 times and have still not had a reply. I'm sure if your order goes through ok and you get what you want it's fine. Maybe I was unlucky but I would still expect much better customer service.

Excellent Seeds

Ordered seeds for the first time from Seedsavers earlier this year. I didn't expect much in the way of packaging because of the low prices - the seeds came in a little plastic resealable packet with the variety and number of seeds on though, which I thought was great. If you want to pay premium for pretty pictures and basic instructions, use another company, as the packaging is plain from here, and much easier to save seed for next year!

The number of seeds per packet was three times what other companies were offering (I got 30 spaghetti squash seeds in one packet - most other companies seem to only give you 8 or 10 in a packet).

All of the seeds I have planted have germinated and have grown into strong and healthy plants (2 squash varieties and 1 type of corgette that I missed off my usual seed order from elsewhere). I'll be using this company for my entire seed order next season - very impressed, especially for the very low prices!

One note to be aware of: the 'best before' dates vary quite a lot - one squash lot are best before next year, another is three years away. Might be an issue for seeds that go off quickly, like carrots (but I wont know until next year's order).

I ordered from this company for the first time recently, and just had to write this review.

The quality of service re communication was superb.

I am still reeling in shock at the speed with which my small(for this year) order was delivered...
