Got to be the worst customer service in garden furniture!

Ordered with a guaranteed delivery, never received, chased by phone and email. Always excused themselves and blamed it on delivery depot!

CEO never replied after being asked to call.

We ordered (and paid for) some outdoor sun loungers. We recevier a call saying they would be delivered, but then on delivery day we were told there was a problem and they would not be delivered. Two weeks later with no further information we.madr contact to ask about their whereabouts. The sales person said that would get someone else to call us with an update, but no one called. We called back today- same story - we were told that someone would look into it and come back to us.... nobody did. We therefore have paid our money but have no idea when or if our furniture will arrive.

Very poor customer service - would definitely not recommend people purchase from Bridgman, they seem dodgy.

We recently purchased the Oxford set, comprising of a round table and four chairs following a visit to Walton showroom. After looking at the John Lewis ranges, and all the local garden center's displays we were beginning to despair of finding a suitable choice that we both agreed upon. The showroom has ample stock of most ranges and the quality stood out, consequently we had chosen within 15 minutes. The delivery took place 5 working days later, the box didn't have any screws for the table to be fixed to the base, however, after a phone call these arrived in the post the next day. Assembly was straightforward, although putting the glass on is better with two of you, we had a slight mishap but the Bridgman customer care sorted us out immediately, and we would like to express a huge thank you for their attention and prompt service. The chairs and cushions are so comfortable that even on a chilly evening we prolonged our stay in the garden, and brought out some blankets!

I bought a Mayfair Rattan Dining 6 Seat Dining set in May this year, and I really must congratulate you not only on a fantastic product but on the service I have received from you. MY delivery was scheduled for a slot between 2pm and 5pm and on the stroke of 2pm it turned up at my door. As I had paid for the white glove service the men, both of very smart appearance and very helpful, began positioning and assembling my set. It took them about 40 mins and I did not know they were there they were among the most professional tradesmen I've ever had. Thank you!. The product itself is of the highest quality and has enhanced my garden. Everyone who sees it loves it and I've already recommended your company to my friends. I would certainly use Bridgman again.

I recently left a review complaining about the after-sales service I received. Once my problem had been acknowledged I received a new table leg very promptly. I received an email from the Managing Director and once I had explained the problems I had he very promptly replied and followed the problem through to make sure I was perfectly happy with my table and chairs. I have to say the quality of the furniture is excellent and I am so pleased to have something I can leave outside throughout all seasons.

We were really pleased with our Mayfair dining table & chairs set. The service was efficient & helpful & ordering online was easy. A week later we ended up ordering a modular sofa set to complete our garden. It looks really good .

One slight downside was that the boxes were heavy so getting it round to the back of the house was tricky. Would recommend at least two people to carry the items.

The umbrella is exactly was required and is ideal for us.

Says it all really, very happy with our new furnituure and complements the furniture we bought last year from Bridgman. Product delivered as promised and in excellent condition.

Although this table if for outside use, we bought it for our conservatory and are delighted with it. We use it almost every day. What makes it particulary nice is that you can sit around it in a place and at a distance comfortable for everyone and the legs never get in the way.
