I have just had a very bad experience with this company. I purchased fence panels for my garden. As a retired woman on my own. I asked the delivery man to help me to bring the panels to my house. I told him I was on my own and needed his help. He refused and said his not insured to come through my house. I then asked him to bring the panels around the back to my garden, which he also refused, so they took the panels back to the yard.

They would not go the extra mile for the customer. They have no leeway, no customer care, no compassion, no exception to the rule and no discretion. As a pensioner, I find this ridged service disgusting and I will never recommend this

Unhelpful and rude customer service. £140 for 2 close board fence panels. When confronted made excuses. Would have returned panels but unfortunately had a deadline to complete a job. Will not be giving them any more business.

Premiere Sheds have no idea how to treat customers. They took my order and money then made me wait 14 weeks to deliver it. They ignored my requests for changes and therefore had to be redone. It took four attempts for them to actually deliver all the pieces correctly. As it is winter time I was concerned if they arrived too late and would lose daylight. They arrived late afternoon in the dark and despite assuring me they all had lights and could construct the shed they did not have lights and were unable to construct the shed and therefore had to reschedule yet another time for them to return. They agreed to be at my home the following day at 10 am but arrived late again.

I complained to the manager, he was completely uninterested, did not apologise for the poor service and made no effort to put it right.

The shed is OK but no better than one you can get elsewhere. The staff do not care about the work they do and do not deserve your custom.

They do not know how to treat their customers.

Do not use this company!

Based on my experience, PremierSheds.co.uk was anything but premier.

Their sales person seemed pretty reluctant to give me the information I wanted pre-sales but I went ahead with the order against my better judgement.

The product arrived - we paid for made to measure. Parts of the shed were not cut to size so we had to do this ourselves, adding greatly to the time to put the shed up. The instructions completely ignored certain stages so we had to ask why we were left with nails that weren't even mentioned in the instructions.

Having spent 3 times as long on putting it up as I should have because I had to do the job that we'd paid them to - ie make it to measure - there were certain defects such as a screw sticking out of the front of the shed - they would have noticed it during the production stage Im sure, but chose to ignore it I guess - it was very sharp and resulted in a nasty cut first time we tried to use the shed.

Armed with this list of issues we approached Premiersheds expecting them to resolve the issues and be rather apologetic. Instead, they just stated that they dont make the product, it's made somewhere up north, so there's not much they can do about it. Not very helpful. They did offer to send down a manager to look at the issues, but by this time I'd resolved them all by working on it for 3 weekends in a row.

There was no talk of compensation or anything of that nature and the guy we dealt with couldn't have been more disinterested in our complaints and comments - most of the time he didnt bother replying to emails about the issue until we chased him

All in all our experience was very poor with premiersheds and I would definitely not recommend them to anyone

The reason why I've given it 2 stars rather than 1 is because the actual shed is Ok - once I did all the alterations necessary.
