Very Happy

What a superb workshop the Regal team came round to assemble. I was hugely impressed with how tidy they worked and their level of professionalism. The workshop looks great and everyone who has seen it has been mighty impressed. I will certainly be recommending them to anyone wanting a top quality garden building. I wish you all the very best in the future and I hope your business continues to provide an exceptional level of service. It is refreshing to see a company that actually listens to the customer and gives them exactly what they want

Very Disappointed.

I bought two sheds from this firm in august 2012 initially being very impressed, my father followed suit and ordered one to Regal buildings had over 8k out of us. Sadly my dads shed started to leak almost immediatly through the roof, granted Regal changed the roof however we were messed around with dates and alleged transport issues, it got to the point i told them i would fetch the roof and the fitters as my dad was getting very stressed. Soon after this my small shed started to leam through the roof but it was out of warranty. So i had to re roof it at my own cost

Then the worst thing happened the roof on my 30x10 shed started to leak and i had to shell out over 600 pounds to re roof and take time off work to do it. Then a few weeks later i noticed the wall boards were shrinking and we were getting gaps in the walls i have now had to reboard all the sides of my shed at considerable expenditure to my self. The inly thing original now is the frame. Talking to our local timber merchant they treat there match board and then dry it gefore selling for shed cinstruction, their opinion was regal were using timber straight from the treatment tank hence the shrinkage. Do your self a favour please look else where. Their warranty is rubbish, they tell lies, when we eventually got them to my dads they were telling us what they did yesterday, dropped them selves right in it as it wasnt the reason they gave on the phone for not arriving with us when they said they woul.

We take all complaints very seriously and we are sorry to hear that you was not completely satisfied with your product. Pressure treated timber carries a 10 year warrenty and with a simple telephone call we could have rectified any of your concerns.

Regal Garden Buildings

We would recommend Regal Garden Buildings to everyone. From the beginning of sending them a child like drawing of my design which i thought would be challenging and impossible to build, they were able to produce an outstanding building which I’m very happy with.

They were very competitive in their prices and always kept us informed on what was going on and always sent us emails with updates of the building progress, which I found most reassuring.

When it arrived it was like a large jigsaw, I couldn’t believe how quick the building was erected and the quality of each panel went together without any problems what so ever.

They are a very happy, friendly and cheerful group of people that work hard and get the job done, without any hesitation I would get them back anytime to do more work for me.

I wish you could see the finished result as I am so happy with it i want to show everybody.

We miss them already, thank you all for your hard work.

Diabolical Service, Brilliant Quality Product.

I ordered a potting shed from this company on the 28th December 13 and specifically asked for a Saturday delivery, I was informed this was possible so I went ahead with my order and paid in full.

I was told it would be delivered at the end of January 2014.

On the 21st Feb I emailed them and was told they were waiting to hear from me (despite having my email and phone number)and my shed had been ready for 5 weeks.

I emailed back and reminded them of the Saturday delivery.

After not hearing anything and after a phone call I was advised it would be delivered in about 2 weeks, then out of the blue I got an email to say it would be delivered on a Thursday.

After a further phone call I did finally agree to have it delivered after 4 pm on the said day.

I got home at 3pm to find my neighbour had kindly let them in at 12pm as she had a key to the gate.

The shed was dumped behind my gates and was a total mess, looked like it was thrown off the lorry.

Whilst the quality of the shed is excellent, the service is diabolical.

I am astonished it has taken you just over 4 years to comment on my review, how can you remember the details after this long period of time.

RegalGardenGuildings

We do try to accomodate delivery days and times where ever possible - however sometimes due to the location and traveling distance this can sometimes be difficult. Firstly Saturday deliveries can be arranged if customers are prepared to pay the extra cost to cover staff overtime. Secondly the delivery should have been curbside only but our delivery team was prepared to wait until the arranged time of 3pm (not 4pm) so the pottingshed could be carried in to the garden. The neighbour came out and offered to open the gate for them and our team accepted the offer! Thirdly, it would be impractical to dump or throw the panels as this would only increase the chance of damage. We do take all our negative feedback very seriously and have taken your comments on board for the future.
