We had bought a greenhouse more than eight years ago. It was one of the first of theis kind they ever sold. The wood of our greenhouse was rotting in a few places. As it had 15-years warranty I contacted Shedstore who to my surprise agreed to replace it without any quibble! They had dismantled the old greenhouse and the new one build within a day. The two fitters were very friendly and did an excellent job. The new greenhouse is much improved, it seems the manufacturer has fixed the weak points.

Awful experience with this company. Made initial order in March and they sent out 6 lots of faulty products / incorrect replacements and have only just picked up the last delivery. The quality of the products is cheap and there’s no quality control before sending to customer. Avoid this company.

Disgraceful, appalling customer services. Patronising, condescending , treat customers like fools. Abdicate all responsibility. Unless reading from script cannot formulate a response.

You will be left frustrated and exhausted. When dealing with them or MERCIA you will realise how laughable the term “Customer Service” is. MANUFACTURE AND CONSTRUCTION fall well below an acceptable standard.

Installation team have no pride in their work - screws not even in joists but down the side, gap between wall and floor, roofing felt has ripples.

Avoid at all costs. You have been warned.

Shedstore is ultimately owned by Forest Garden Group who sell fence panels, etc but they advertise price match and then withdraw it as soon as you try to use it!

Do not buy from this company. Dreadful service, dreadful communications (if any), and a product not fit for purpose. Large workshop/shed ordered, delivered many weeks late, with wrong doors, more weeks to sort that out, then the shed leaks badly. Wish I'd left the decrepit 15 year old shed up. They've acknowledged that there is a problem, but have failed to provide any proper response let alone a solution. Do yourself a favour, buy from someone you can see and talk to ...

Received the shed with broken parts. The driver reported the damage and so did we. I sent a number of emails, with photos, requesting that they replace the broken part. I received no response at all!

Avoid! Unprofessionals selling bad quality products.

The description of the product is misleading. Shed was advertised as 6fr x 5ft , this is not the size of the walls but the size of the roof. I have never heard anyone describe a shed using roof measurements.

Very misleading.

Difficult to put together and instruction pictures small and not very clear.

Delivery guys unhelpful.

I ordered a shed and was assured of delivery 3 days later. I took time off work to receive my delivery. It didnt happen, nobody called me to tell me, i had to call them. They couldnt have cared less. The manager stropped and said i could have an immediate refund. 5 days later, no refund, they have dumped the item i cancelled down the side of my property and wont refund me until the product is collected, the manager then said that he didnt offer it. They are basically preying on people with cheap chinese products, slow delivery, atrocious customer service and unreliable managers. I have reported them to trading standards.

I made a purchase of some metal cupboards for self assembly. When the items arrived finally after 3 weeks , I arranged for one cupboard to be assembled. It was found to be of poor quality. The company were informed within 24 hours. I queried where they were manufactured and they stated the USA but then I pointed out the package states made in China.

They were prepared to accept the return but stated they would charge but as everyone is aware under the law , items can be returned for a full refund. In a long trail of emails they basically said do what you like which I was very surprised as I have never come across this before.

One further point, I purchased online with fencestore but I recieved emails from Shedstore. Plus they asked me to return the items to a supplier which leads me to believe, goods are ordered through a 3rd party. Shedstone have a small office in Worcester.

There are some good reviews but if a problem occurs then I am sure the situation will be quite differernt. i have carried out other research on the net and found others are having issues if something goes wrong. Be careful and do your research

I bought a 12x8 windsor shiplap shed. It was delivered quickly. However the quality of the product was shocking. There were only 2 struts of 45mm wide which have to span over 2 meters to support the entire roof. Once assembled the roof sagged which only became worse after rainfall with the result that rain water welled up on the roof and leaked up through the overlap in the roofing felt. The walls then began to sag out. The floor was just as flimsy and I had to construct a separate frame to support the poor quality chipboard to avoid it collapsing under my feet.I then had to put 11mm plywood sheets onto the top of the floor supported by my frame.

Having neither the time to dismantle and send the shed back after building it and giving it the benefit of doubt, after 3 months I complained to customer services whose attitude was you should have complained before putting it up! How do you know before you put it up that it was inadequate for the job? I asked for some compensation for the extra materials I had to but not to mention my about in shoring the thing up but they patronisingly said "thanks for sending in your photos but tough ..(my paraphrase).

This cost me £699.99 plus a few hundred on top for my repairs. As my builder said "I don't know how they get away with it!"
