Doughboy 24" Round Pool

Customer service has been terrible from "In the Swim" who sold the pool and Lamart(also go by Doughboy) who made the pool. Parts were missing that support the frame and after a week we still don't have the replacements. Two tips: 1.As Soon as the pool arrives open the box and check for all of the parts. Don't wait until the installers are there. 2.Don't go to "In the Swim". They made multiple mistakes and only care to help fix them if it doesn't cost them to fix the problem. Lamart was even less help in this area. I will follow up on warranty in another post since this one is full.

Purchased through "In The Swim" See my other post for lack of service, but as for warranties, if you are purchasing one, find out the FULL warranty ahead of time. If they refuse to show it to you then go somewhere else. They have so many loopholes that you are unlikely to ever have the warranty honored. If you are buying it as a gift then buy it under the giftee's name. They WILL NOT transfer the warranty even if it was purchased as a gift. In other words No warranty at all (another loophole).
