Do Not Use This Company. The Company Does Not Car

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The company does not care about its customers once they sign the contract. Customer service is very poor. The quality of the work is average at best. The attention to detail that once existed with this company is long gone. I have owned a River Oaks Pool for several years have NEVER recomended them to ANYONE. Every time a friend, client or contractor comes over to my house, I share any and all information about the nightmare's of doing business with this company. This is an honest opinion. I am not an angry pool owner. Just a person who wants people to be very careful when dealing with this company.

The company management is out of touch. The employees are not monitored on the jobsite. The superintendants rarely show up. Mistakes are made on the blue prints, during layout, during excavation and virtually any other part of the job this company touches.

Save 20% - 30% on your pool. Call a local contractor who cares. This company used to build a quality pool. The quality has long gone along with the award winning sales and service people. All thats left are the tired old fashioned owners who are afraid to deal with their company problems head on.

Mistake To Use Them For Building Pool Or Servicing

Mistake to use them for building pool or servicing. Wrong tile, noisy motor and for just $100K you to can own a River Oaks Pool.

Service is even worse. No chemicals addedfirst 3 months and the person is still working for them.......better try someone else.

River Oaks Pools - Worse Company I Have Worked Wit

river oaks pools - Worse company I have worked with in the past 25 years. Promises but no follow-through. For $100K you would think the pool would be OK but my 30 year pool was less of a hassle. Service department is even worse.

Best advice - try someone else.

River Oaks Pools Is Overpriced With Poor Service;

River Oaks Pools is overpriced with poor service; actually no service. I guess you have to pay $100,000 for them to be responsive.

Our Builder Selected River Oaks Pools. I Would Ha

Our builder selected River Oaks Pools. I would have reviewed other pool companies if I lived in the area.

I could never recommend this company. While they get reviews for design, any fifth grader with a box of Crayolas could draw a nice looking pool; it's the final product that's disappointing and the service they "don't" provide. Our pool is a little over 2 and half years old!

I have been trying to talk to someone since May about a problem; had one response, was told to call back if suggestion didn't work - it didn't, and I have been unable to talk to a representative other than the receptionist, who assed on my complaint over a week and a half ago.

This is not the company you want to build your pool!

Very Disappointed With Result. The In-ground Swimm

Very disappointed with result. The in-ground swimming pool that I got from River Oaks Pools in San Antonio, Texas was very expensive too. The final product looks like it is only half way done. Will have to hire another company to come and make it look finished. Cement work around pool was unfinished, with big holes in it. When asked to come and patch it, they used different colored cement, so now it looks worse.

Their 24 hour emergency pager doesn't work. I had an emergency at Easter, and I called it twice, and still no one has returned my call (5 days later).
