Worst Mower Ever.
I bought the Flymo Easyglide ('easy glide' my foot, the only thing it glides over is concrete), a couple of seasons ago as a replacement for my twenty six year old Flymo Sprintmaster. I had to wait two weeks before I could try it out because of the weather so it was too late to go back to our local recycling centre to retrieve the old Sprintmaster. The Easyglide is heavy, has a small capacity grass box, is difficult to manoeuvre, doesn't accept plastic safety cutters and is a pig to clean. Cleaning the old Sprintmaster was a doddle, scrape round under the hood and brush with a wet brush. The Easyglide on the other hand takes twice as long as it has more pockets and hiding places than a shoplifters overcoat. To clean the filter on the old one meant undoing one screw you could then remove the filter shake it and replace it. I think the Easyglide was designed by some trainee using a C.A.D package and tested on the centre court at Wimbledon. I hate it and I tell it so every time I have the misfortune to use it. The only good feature is the operating trigger which is centre mounted on the handle and can be used by either hand.
