Vokera Linea 24

This boilers must be on a timer, as soon as its winter they breakdown. In the summer we have the heating on and their fine, but soon as winter kicks in the boiler needs a kick up the you know where. I'm sick of them. I guess there isn't hardly any good boiler out there and boiler's especially condensing ones need replacing every 5-7 years.

The boiler breaks down nearly every year despite having regular annual services. Moreover, the Vokera customer service department does not answer the phone but puts customers on 'hold' for ages. You can send emails, but this doesn't help with making appointments for repairs.
