Vokera Vision Boiler

Help link installed my Vokera vision 30c in November 2016. In November 2018 the Gas Valve failed and was replaced at a cost of £145 pounds. In April 2019 a leak was rectified on the relief valve at a cost of £149. In May 2019 a similar leak manifested itself and I was informed that the engineer would rectify for £285 pounds which I deferred. My advice to would be buyers is to find anther company and choose a different boiler.

best boiler i have ever had

I have had a case of bad luck recently with my previous boiler, it was getting old, and repair bills were getting higher and higher, so I bit the bullet and upon the advice of my plumber (who's been in the industry a while) went for the Vokera Vision combi boiler. I am so pleased he recommended it to me, I had not heard much about Vokera before, but he told me they are one of the bigger manufacturers. It fits really neatly into my kitchen cupboard unit and is really easy to use. Not only am I so pleased with the boiler, I paid a little extra to get it with a 7 year warranty, and I phoned them to be sure it was all registered correctly, got a quick response from their call centre who were really polite and helpful, customer service in our country is going downhill, so I was really pleased with the service. Thanks to my plumber and to Vokera.
