Worst Company Ever
Worst company ever!!
Nothing but bother with the boiler since it has been installed. Paid out so much money to keep the boiler running and it keeps breaking down, there hasn’t been a year the boiler has worked. Every single winter I am left with no hot water or heating and the customer service is absolutely shocking, they don’t care or want to help. Stay away from this company, nothing but a rip off!!! Should be ashamed of themselves.

Worst After Sales Company Ever
A leak was noticed on the heat exchange on my Warmflow boiler in June 2021. The boiler was installed in October 2017 which made the heat exchange parts warranty of 5 years still valid. The problem was found to be a leaking gasket which was held in place by a cover plate and two 6ml stainless steel studs and nuts. My boiler technician who has serviced the boiler annually from new attempted to undo the nuts to release the gasket useing a small spanner with little or no pressure resulting in one of the studs shearing off. He contacted the rep who said they would find someone to weld the stud back on, but this did not materialize and I was offered a new heat exchange at the cost of £175 through my technician, who was also offered a free Warmflow boiler flue to induce me to accept the offer, which he refused. I was contacted by Warmflow who suggested that the nuts had not been undone on a regular basis when serviced NOT TRUE. The next excuse was, had the nuts been taken off one had been refitted on a cross thread, ONCE AGAIN NOT TRUE. I still have the nut and stud as proof. Their Customer and Care Manager who came up with these excuses must be telepathic as no one from Warmflow has even bothered looking at the boiler or requesting photographs. I have however had 6 people view the problem including myself, and all agree that the sheared stud should have been at least 8/10ml thick as the original stud of 6ml outer thread was totally inadequate for purpose. I have had a new boiler installed, obviously not a Warmflow and I am totally disgusted with the unprofessional after sales policy of this Company. Anyone reading this review please don't be under any illusions that your Warmflow guarantee is genuine as I've found it's not worth the paper it's written on

Avoid - Like The Plague
The absolute worst boilers in the known universe, as they come as a company.
I despise combi boilers (everything about them) at the best of times but this "warmflow" heap is by far the worst I've ever had to live with. Suddenly drops pressure for no apparent reason, DRINKS oil, photocell soots up far too frequently. Oh, and the best bit? They LEAK. I don't mean the pipework or unions, I mean the boiler ITSELF. I tore my house to bits when the boiler started steadily (and RAPIDLY) dropping pressure, never did it enter my head it would be the boiler itself doing the leaking. I ended up having to tear it apart and weld it as I can't afford to replace it and any boiler tech would refuse to work on it and condemn it on sight. It's not even all that old, I've had other brands of boiler go for far longer without so much as a hiccup. With warmflow it's been nothing but problems. Reading the other reviews on this site it seems this is just par for the course with this awful company, seriously, don't do it, buy from a reputable manufacturer.
I posted this review on trustpilot and warmflof reported it and had it taken down, I've posted it a further four times and TP immediately take it down so don't trust reviews from that site. It's also very clear that warmflow post fake positive reviews there too, just take a look for your self, clearly fake. They also claimed they identified me (not possible since I didn't even purchase the boiler, it was here when I moved in) and called me a known problem customer!
Look anywhere other than TrustPilot and it's unanimous agreement on these boilers, and the company. TERRIBLE. Oddly enough mine is being taken out and thrown in the trash tomorrow morning! Being replaced by a proper boiler, from a reputable manufacturer and tomorrow can't come soon enough! It's a sad day when I'm excited about having a new boiler, but the reason I am is because this one will actually work!
I have to say I also concur, been like that since day one. Worst heap of sheet ever purchased. The only positive, is that it's fairly good on the juice but the amount of parts that have been replaced is ridiculous. Four others bought them locally - all had multiple issues.
Freezeflow Boiler, Not Warmflow!
After the boiler was installed a week ago, I am still waiting for it to actually work. Reading these reviews, I can only say that I agree, and that I have experienced many of the same issues. In mid-November, heating is not a luxury, but, rather, a necessity. The plumber has been wonderful, and is, if anything, even more disgusted with the lack of customer service than I am. I was promised 'an engineer in the area' would call me this afternoon and visit this afternoon, but, naturally, no such call or visit was forthcoming. When trying to fob off the plumber earlier today on the phone, they said they didn't know what the weather was like, would see if they could get back to him this afternoon, and an engineer would call at some stage in order to make an appointment. If I delivered such sub-par customer service in my workplace, I would be out of a job. If I delivered a product that clearly is not fit for purpose, I would be both ashamed and embarrassed. Listening to the person on the phone today, I got the feeling that they are used to fobbing people off. If anyone from Freezeflow were on performance-based pay......

Do Not Buy A Warmflow Boiler!!!
I had a WARMFLOW boiler and brand new central heating system installed in autumn 2010. Had to have heating engineers out regularly as we had several problems with the heating not coming on as scheduled, pressure dropping for no apparent reason then in 2015 - 5 years and 2 months after the boiler was installed, having been professionally serviced regularly, and 2 months after the warranty ran out the boiler gave up completely.
The guy that installed it spoke to WARMFLOW over the phone, at first they were very unhelpful and didn’t want to know, then after sending them pictures as evidence of the boiler leaking internally they very reluctantly replaced the boiler under warranty.
Fast forward to February 2019 - 3 years and 3 months after the new boiler was installed and yet more of the same problems - pressure dropping suddenly, turning off for no reason etc - I’ve just had the boiler professionally serviced and been informed that this boiler is showing the same signs of leaking and needs to be replaced!!!
Worst Boiler Ever - Frustrating Service And Ongoing Issues.
Been reading previous reviews and am in complete agreement. Have 6 year old boiler and have experienced problems with leaks, pressure drop, nearly everything replaced and boiling a kettle to have a decent bath. Been contacting Warmflow frequently and told each time to get plumber to phone them when working on the boiler, have done this and still no decent boiler. Wish I had never got it installed, as plumber now recommending I replace the boiler !! Each time I contact Warmflow told there is no Warmflow engineer they can send to look at the boiler and can only do it by phone - becomes very frustrating, and certainly not good for my health. My Warmflow UC90HE boiler has become a nightmare and wish had read the reviews before purchase though it was recommended by local plumber, I think he just wanted rid of it, having ordered for someone who saw the light before having it installed.
All I want is some acknowledgement of problems and a solution so as I can relax knowing I will wake up in the morning to a warm house and even relax in a warm bath, not one that I would reluctantly bath a baby in !
I was told the boiler was suitable for my needs but instead I have something not fit for purpose.

Buyer Beware
IM IN THE OIL BUSINESS AND FEEL THAT WARMFLOW BOILERS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DREADFUL!!
JUST CHURNING OUT CONSTANT POOR QUALITY. IF YOU LIKE LEAKS, RUST AND PREMATURE FAILURE OF THE WATER JACKETS THEIR THE PEOPLE ! IF THEY ADDRESSED THERE CONSTANT BASIC FAULTS THEY COULD BE DECENT BOILERS BUT DONT! CAN ONLY THINK IN IRELAND CUSTOMERD DONT EXPECT VERY MUCH ? IN ENGLAND WE DO !
THERES A SIMPLE LIST OF QUALITY FIRST IS WORCESTER THEN ALL BETWEEN DOWN TO WARMFLOW.
SURPRISED THERE STILL IN BUSINESS TO BE HONEST
No, you haven't. There is no possible way that any of that is true. If you'd used smaller numbers it might be slightly more believable but 500+ without a single problem EVER? No one is going to believe you. Nice try though, Warmflow.
Ive installed over 500 warmflow boilers in the last 10 years and not has a single one leak. I've seen Worcester, Grant, Firebird and warmflow boilers leak prematurely but these were all Obiously fitted by idiots, probably gas engineers that dont know how to size a boiler because gas boilers are modulating and you dont need a brain to fit them.
Warmflow customer service are second to none, covering warranty calls that are installer error not product fault over and over again.

Dreadful Customer Service
The combi boiler was working well with no complaints, then with its first birthday coming up I opened the door to get the service record and discovered a couple of leaks aroun the flo switch pipe work.As it was only 53 weeks old I phoned customer care to arrange a engineer to call to fix the problem and was astonished to be told all they were prepared todo was send out replacement washers as the service was one week overdue and my own service engineer could fix it.
By the letter of the warranty they were correct but one week over ?
So be careful and make sure you get the boilers serviced early as this company show no good will whatsoever.

Warm Flow Combo Boiler Failure
A totally frustrating experience from this company
A brand new combo boiler that looses pressure very regularly resulting in us having to run outside to re set the pressure. This has happened since the installation.
Warm flow take no blame whatsoever and insist it's the plumbing at fault....dirt in the line!
I really wish I'd done my research before going ahead as I've heard so many people who've had such a bad experience with these boilers and then subsequent customer care just doesn't exist with Warmflow.
Do yourselves a favour and just bypass this company-it will save you many years of heartache and cold water ,radiators and money!!!
