Firestone Rubbercover EPDM - Flat Roof System

Job Worth Doing Ltd (via Zenith Staybrite Ltd.) completed our EPDM Roofing work within two days despite inclement weather. A very good, professional job undertaken by two courteous & polite workmen. The roof finish looks excellent with neat edges and protective strips. I am assured that this material is hard-wearing, durable and all weather-resistant. It carries a 10 year guarantee, but hopefully, should be sound and watertight for a much longer period than that.

The product is not cheap to install. However, I felt this would be a superior, longer-lasting finish than the traditional felt/bitumen flat roof construction.

I would recommend both the product & installers to prospective customers unless the overall cost is prohibitive.

I am a flat roofer with ten years experience who has used a variety of systems, some good some bad, but recently trained with PermaroofSouth to become an improved installer of the Firestone EPDM Rubbercover system. The training day was very good with all aspects covered and excellent value for money. When i received my first job using the Firestone EPDM Rubercover i found it to be an easy, clean and quick system to install. No hot flame or messy work, no seams as it is a one piece and a quick and easy trim system. Any questions i did have were politely explained by the staff at PermaroofSouth and most of all the customer was really pleased with the finish and overall look of the product. I would say this is the easiest, cleanest and most cost effective flat roof system i have used in my ten years and plan to hang up my flame and felt and push this as a product to all my customers.
