G E Little Radiator Covers

Having looked around various options for radiator covers I came across their website which is modern, easy to follow with clear instructions and definitely user friendly. Having placed an order with them, the goods arrived quickly and, I must say, was myself surprised at the quality of the items as they were at such a competitive price. Goods were well packed and easy to fit. I did have a query on one item but having emailing them I received an almost immediate reply and answered my question. First class company and would use them again and will certainly recommend them to others. In this day and age, its nice to receive such quality goods with excellent customer service included!

Having used this company 3 times in the past 5 years due to relocating, I can honestly say I speak from experience. The website, I found was user-friendly and the customer service turn-around in response to replies was polite and swift. The products themselves were exceptional value for money. Would highly recommend and will be using them again in the near future.

The radiator covers arrived on time in perfect condition, good quality and excellent value. Website was easy to use and self explanatory. Prompt email reply to one query. Plenty of choice of designs and finishes. Delighted all round.

This was my first time dealing with a " internet " company supplier, a company whereby you cant talk with anyone, they don't answer the phone, even though they give a number, supposedly to cut down costs but I found them no cheaper, indeed they were more expensive than competitors, for similar products. What a shocking way to treat customers.Its like dealing with a bunch of Robots, no names given when they do e-mail, just " sales"

Their products were good - but then no better than other suppliers. Its their way of conducting business that is so shabby and cheap. Very frustrating and a lesson - never deal with an "internet " company again.

On a score of 1-10 I'd give a reluctant 2. Be warned

When ordering the radiator cover, it was stated one would have to wait 28 working days until delivery. If this wasn't long enough already, after waiting 34 working days I recieved an email from GE Radiator Covers saying my product had dispatched and would be with me two days later. After booking the day of work to collect my product, it did not arrive. It arrived the next day, with many marks. Although the biggest of these was on the inside of the cover, a few small marks were on the outside. As a result of these marks, along with the terrible delivery service I would not recommend GE Little Radiator Covers.

Ordered from the G E Little Group twice now, both times I have experienced great customer service when dealing with them. Website is very professional and offers a lot of key information without going overboard, I've always managed to find an answer to my question simply by navigating to the FAQ's on their website.

However above all G E Little Group is great value for money, I've looked around trying to find better deals with no avail. I had ordered a made to measure from their shiny new website (much more user-friendly than when I purchased a cover from them 2 years ago) I got the cover well within the estimated delivery time, and it arrived nice a compact in highly protective packaging. I opened it up and it was in spectacular condition, smooth around the edges and had that "hand finished" look you just can't do yourself.

Overall I'm ecstatic with my purchase, and the wife is thrilled too; it really ties the kitchen together, it was defiantly something that was missing. The only problem is that we have 8 radiators in our house, and although they offer good value for money, I'll have to save up some more to make the rest of my house as stunning as the kitchen looks.

Received covers within stated time, I was advised at the outset that it would take 20 working days for primed or painted ready made covers. I ordered the New England style. Pleased with style. However the finish quality on the grille is very poor, For primed units I would have expected the covers to have at least a sanding before priming. Although the company advise that sanding would be required before a top coat, the covers arrived in what can only be described as rough sawn timber. I could have complained to the company but because I want the room finished before Christmas, I cannot wait another 20 working days, so I set about with a sander!

Ordered product on 31st March, it arrived on 21st May, despite being given a 20 day turnaround. No correspondence to explain what the delay was until I enquired. It would be nice if they kept in touch to let you know the progress of your order.

Saying that the product, when it did arrive, was well packaged and just as ordered. The delivery tracking process was very good.

Would recommend but be prepared for a wait, as I think delivery times are very misleading.

Would use this company again and would recomend them

Wanted to order a made to measure cover from them but mine was not straightforward (due to various space constraints etc) but they were brilliant and really helped me out on email so I could achieve what I wanted. They do take a while to make (about 5-6 weeks) but they do make this clear and it was well worth the wait and fitted perfectly and was beautifully finished. Very easy to put together and to fix to the wall. We did not have a problem with the delivery service used. They do make it clear that it is a standard carrier service and not a timed service but we were able to get ours delivered to our work address as it was small enough for me to get into my car. Just got to save up now to order some to cover the rest of the radiators now!
