A2Z Double Glazing

Never ever buy anything from this company based Romford Road, E12. They are bunch of cow boys and would never return your calls.

Got my windows installed last week and I must say they look absolutely smashing.

The staff was really helpful and the fitters were really tidy. I was quoted cheaper with few other companies but I liked the way a2z staffs treated me.

I can defiantly say you pay for quality at a2z

The rep that initial came to view was really nice and profeesional but then it all went down hill, porr quality product and took ages to rectify problem with lock, please please go elsse where !

Very good people. They are not the cheapest but that is Ok due to the quality being much better than the other Glaziers i have dealt with in the past with my other properties. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get there glazing done!

I had approached A2Z Windows Ltd to do my front porch, it is a local business based on Romford Road and seemed professional at face value.

I had obtain quotes from other double glazers, but they at the time seemed to provided the best overall quotation. I was told initially that the work carried out normally takes 2/3 working days, but due to the conservatory style roof which I requested, it would take 7/8 working days from start to finish.

Two and a half weeks (12 working days) since the start of the job and yet they have failed to complete the task. What makes it worse is that they completely ignore your existence in the meantime. When you do manage to get in touch with either of the two key individuals, they always manage to come up with a ridiculous excuse.

I am most disappointed with the lack of professionalism and ethics behind their business. Be aware would never recommend.

Replaced 6 windows for me but one of the windows wouldnt shut after a week. I contacted them and they sent a a young man around that said that I had damaged the window and i would be charged if they were to fix it ??

4 calls later to their office they finally sent someone to fix it because the first young man couldnt.

TERRIBLE customer service, stay away.

I went with this company after they built a porch on my mums road and the home owner said he was happy with their work. The company is a local one in Romford Road, Ilford and not too big yet so they paid more attention to our needs as they get business mainly by recommendations. Very impressed by the finished work.I also asked them to do some inside plastering to the brickwork and tiling which although they dont normally do was done to a high standard for extra cash. Only slight hiccup was to the outside step I asked them to make (as getting in through the actual porch door would be easier) which didnt turn out to well. The company have said they'll send the fitter back to amend it. All in all very pleased with the porch and adds security and value to our home.
