I am thrilled with my new conservatory. The builder who completed the flooring worked very hard in awful weather. The men had a difficult job of putting up my conservatory because of the stone walls of my 100 year old house, but they completed the job satisfactorily.

The product we ordered was late to arrive by a week. When it got here nothing was right the windows we chose was not that same colour at all. We finally got our windows only to find they was damaged and nothing was fitted right.

Worst products ever do not recommend buying from here or any of there contractors.

I would like to thank the fitters for doing a fantastic job on our 2 front windows. We had 2 front windows fitted in black outside and white inside it makes the house stand out with the only house on the street with black windows.

Beware this company. We fitted a barn conversion with their units over a year ago and still do not have a door that closes properly or will lock. They have visited the site at least 10 times, failed to keep a number of appointments and have repeatedly assured us the problem is solved only for it to reoccur. They have made the doors at least 6 times. None fit properly.

Having been unable to secure the house over Christmas I said I would come to the shop to complain and was told that would be"childish". We are yet to receive an apology.

If you want incompetence and the worst possible customer care, this is the company for you. They represent the standards that made the industry synonymous with shoddiness 30 years ago.

Received great service from the local dealer in Huddersfield, cannot praise them enough for the work done on my home. Would highly recommend to anyone looking at having a conservatory built on their home.

Cheap but...complete rubbish, not fit for purpose. See you guys in court.

windowsills did not fit correctly so the fitters had to bodge them to try to make the sills fit

Our conservatory, built by "Visual conservatories", has proved to be one of our best investments and we cannot praise too highly all the members of Visual staff involved in the design and construction from the start of the project to the completion. We have no hesitation in recommending "Visual Conservatories" to any prospective buyer.
