Durashield Windows provided a breath of fresh air to the whole process of buying new double-glazing for our 1920's home. From the initial visit to their showroom to discuss the project, through to the final installation, the team were extremely professional. There was no hard-sell, their product range was comprehensive to choose from and their quote was competitive.

Installation of 19 windows was completed in two days, to a very high standard. Our house had very minimal disruption despite the size of the work taking place and was left spotless at the end of each day.

I particularly wanted to conserve the original 1930's leaded glass when I had the secondary glazing upgraded to double glazed bay windows. The Durashield Windows company did a superb job. Everything was carefully measured, and I was kept informed throughout the whole planning process. The installation was carried out speedily and carefully - what I really appreciated was the skill of all the workers (no tea/lunch breaks taken, just dedicated to getting the job completed) and the very experienced joiner who ensured that all the finishes were perfect - they even cleaned up beautifully, brought their own vacuum and removed the rubbish. The encapsulated glazing is just what I had asked for and the fitter made sure these panes were aligned exactly when the cleaned and preserved sections were put back in place. I cannot praise this company too highly, and also thank my friends for their recommendations. This is the company to go for if you want a good job done at a competitive price - well done everybody.

Durashield have just finished replacing 15 windows, 3 patio doors, and 2 main doors. My wife and I are very happy with the windows, the quality of the installation and the price. Excellent service and couteous and hard working installation staff. Minor glitch with the front door(manufacturer installed the wrong glazed panel) fixed without any quible. I believe your company merits its 5 star rating.
