This company was called to provide a quote, After agreeing on the quote, I was asked to pay a deposit.

Within 3 days of paying a deposit, my circumstances changed and I requested to cancel the purchase, bearing in mind no work or products had been manufactured at this stage, therefore there was no real expense incurred by this company at the point of cancellation.

it took a total of 6 MONTHS and over a 100 phone calls for the company to eventually agree a refund of a fraction of my initial £1000 deposit.

Fast forward another 5 months, I am still waiting to receive a single penny.

I have wrote to them on several occasions, and after further enquiries, it seems their address doesn't exist.

I do not recommend this company to anyone.

this experience has been totally disheartening and I have wasted so much of my time in just trying to get a fraction of my deposit.

Had two external doors and a kitchen window fitted in Nov/22. Ordered knocker with spy hole for front door. It didn't come with the door and fitters knew nothing about it. Complained to company immediately, and they said we will get it sorted. It took nearly 4 months, 2 phone calls a week, having spoke to 4 different people, including Installations manager, and was told the same thing every time. [At one point I think she was not even listening to me as she kept talking over me] Apparently waiting for someone in your area to do it. Well now they have lost a job of fitting 6 more windows, which I kept reminding them of every time I rang. They even said they would do me a good deal. Forget it.

I had very bad experience with this company.whole job needs redoing they took extra money from my account with out my knowledge which they still owe me I am in dispute with them please don’t use this company. I fell mentally ill because of their rubbish job and no response stay away from them.

A surveyor came out and I was told that there is no charge for this visit. I was quoted a price and the deposit was taken. The advisor whom I spoke to was very eager to progress and take my money but i was promised the best service. Only after the deposit was paid, I'm told weeks later that I was quoted the wrong price and I need to pay another £1,000 on top of the agreed price that is on the contract and has been signed for. Measurements were taken from mine and my father's property for new window installation and a deposit of £850 Was paid. As the agreed contract was no longer what the company were agreeing to, i asked for a refund and I was told the company will now charge a surveyor fee, which was initially a free appointment. My pensioner father has become so stressed that he no longer can trust anyone any more. That is the affect this vile company has left on him! Absolutely horrible customer service and response. We have had no response regarding on receiving the deposit back since October last year. I get told someone will ring back and it never happens. I have been going around in circles ever since!

Absolutely brilliant company, have seen previous reviews and disagree greatly! Customer service is great , once i put my order in I received multiple calls to inform me along the way of the process. I felt very comfortable and at ease with this company and being a single mum who works they adhere greatly and make this process super easy.

Would definitely recommend!

Order placed 22nd of April 2021 for 15 windows plus 2 doors. They confirmed that installation would take place on 16th 17th and 18th June 2021. Notified on 15th June front door not available. Notified on 17th June back door not available.

One window sill was NAILED on( new idea only used by Future Renovations ). On the 18th June was asked to make a payment refused to pay what they were asking for I was informed that they would send someone to take the glass out of the frames.

Given installation date for the doors 1st July 2021 . 30th June informed doors not available. Given another installation date for 19th July which I did not accept. Visited by a so called Area Manager who agreed a new installation date of 14th July. 14th July wrong door delivered and fitted which reduced my access by 60 percent.Back door installed. Unable to speak to anyone at the Bradford office from 16th to 22nd July then informed me that they were reviewing the situation. Heard nothing more until 27th July when after a long conversation given another installation date for 20th August. 20th August new door arrives but the glass doesn't fit. Another conversation with Bradford office given another installation date for 31st August when the front door was finally installed but it is not what was ordered.

Now you know why I have given the title of this review Disgusting Company not once as any member of the company had the decency to say sorry we have let you down. All I have had is abuse been threatened ignored phone blocked. Customer service is of no use whatsoever.

In my opinion this company Is an absolute disgrace and should not be allowed to operate in the manner that they do.

Read as many reviews as you can on every platform you can and you will see a pattern form poor review a flurry of short good reviews

Please do your research before going with this company. I am still waiting for my deposit back after 5 weeks. I have made numerous calls to which I have been told someone will call me back they never do. I have been left waiting on the phone whilst they transfer me through to cancellations after half hour the music just stops. I have sent e mails they do not reply. What right do they have to keep peoples deposits.

This company took 4 month to finally fit our windows and doors. They smashed windows and had to fit them and took them 2month to replace it. They stole £300 deposit off us which they’ve been saying they are working on refunding us (2month down the line) they fob you off all the time on the phone. took them 5 attempts to finally finish the job and all the window frames are pre scratched as if they’ve been dragged along a floor. They won’t send you a invoice or a guarantee!!! 

Avoid this company!!

First dealt with this company in May 2020, had nothing but issues from the start. Had windows and doors fitted, messy workers (work still needs completing) later found out they were from an agency, do not acknowledge responsibility, poor work done in July 2020 and still waiting for it to be dealt with. Had to go through complaints procedure and seek advise as they will not meet fair expectations, or complete my works to 100 percent satisfaction. Please research the reviews on yell.com and Facebook (which oddly have been disabled)

This company has caused me nothing but stress, rude and once have their money drop theirs customers like rubbish. Please research other companies.

Had put in Christmas 2018 still having problems with them now in 2020 ever time you ring up and tell them you have a problem it's oh wait 3-weeks wait 3-weeks wait 3-weeks door does not fit properly coming away from wall children are able to close door as it is so tight fitting. lock moves on door. Door is a fire hazard and they just don't care
