I have been waiting for a year for G2S to sort out the problems with a fanlight window and my back door that would not lock. I contacted them on numerous occasions and when they finally arrived months later with a new piece of glass for my fanlight it did not fit and the door they installed does not fit properly either, so the house is constantly cold as we have a strong gale force wind blowing in the back door . We live in the middle of Salisbury Plain on top of a hill so my house is always freezing and my heating bills have rocketed. Also in January I reported to them I had some more pains of glass that had blown and the hinges on one of my front windows was broken, they did open the window and now it will not close properly so I have now been left with a large window that has a half inch gap all around it which I have tried to fill with cling film to stop some of the draught making my house even colder. I have not been able to contact anyone and they do not seem to care about their customers either. I have had no contact from them to say what is happening with their company and what they are going to do sort out all the problems with my windows and doors.

Ordered and paid deposit in February. Have heard nothing from them, still closed whilst other double glazing companies have been back at work for weeks. Feel they are taking advantage of furlough for their staff. No contact from them and you can't contact them,no apologies absolutely nothing, no one managing admin side what's the excuse for that? I certainly can't see one. We are going through the finance company to get our deposit back.

Had a new front door. 1st problem out of line.2 problem unable to open door after the sun being on it. 3 problem handle coming away 4 door out of line again 5 spy glass misting up 6 hinges changed as the first lot were wrong and fitted incorrectly 7 frame is wrong and fitted incorrectly 8 water ingress .

I have had so many different work men out blaming other people and poor product.

We have had a couple of dates for refits but always had excuses not to turn up Raining,Haven’t got the staff etc.

Then covid 19

I asked for refund but they say the will not.

I will not buy from these people again.

Fitters turned up on time. put dust sheets down and cleaned up after themselves . The triple glazed windows have made a difference and reduced the noise from the main road

Excellent from start to finish. Thanks to the Bridgend staff for the initial visit and taking us round the showroom in Bridgend. The actual door was better than I expected, a vast difference from the UPVC door this new composite door replaced. Nice security features featuring Yale locks. Very well fitted by two experienced fitters. Interest free finance as well!! Finding it hard to pick any faults. Will easily recommend to friends and family. Thank you G2S.

This company have to be the worst for customer service, for product, and contact-ability.

Our windows and doors 3 years on and we are still having issues, two replacement windows- double glazing blown and a huge crack !

Patio doors that stick and don’t un-lock! When you call this company the ‘admin’ team say we will get someone to call you - NEVER happens ! Then you call again , finally book an appointment ... NO SHOW !! Go round in circles . Worst decision we ever made to go with this company, we are a young family who don’t have the time or money for time wasters ! Worst £8000 we have ever spent !!

Installed earlier than arranged, quality of locking devices, handles etc are excellent, all of which was explained in detail by sales rep. The installers arrived as stated on the day, were very friendly, courteous and efficient, worked continuously all day and complied with every aspect of the checklist. One hitch, the manufacturer had apparently sent bathroom window too large, the fitters secured the gap and returned next day to fit window. The Georgian style has transformed my house. Love it

The service we had was very professional, from the Builders who laid the base to the Two men who erected the conservatory. We are very pleased with the advice that we were given and the quality of the product.

The workers left the place very clean cleared up all the rubbish. They were also very pleasant, and on leaving explained how to look after the locks and to let the company know if there were any problems to ring them. We would certainly use them again should we need any more windows or doors.

The staff in the office explained all the products and went through all the procedures of buying a conservatory. Answered all our questions regarding the process from start to finish. The guarantees were the deciding factor if the Company folded we would still be covered. which is peace of mind. Would certainly recommend them to family and friends.

jus had 4 windows and a door fitted by G2S group.

the fitters arrived promptly and got on with the job.were very courteous and professional throughout the day checking that it was ok to start on removing and fitting next window and door. when finished walked around with me to inspect windows and demonstrated how locking worked.

there was no mess at all and all rubbish was removed when they left.

the whole process of ordering measuring up and fitting was painless and simple. G2S have now changed all my windows and doors over the last few years and I have recommended them to family and friends and will c0ntinue to do so.
