We saved up to have new windows and patio doors fitted they ment to be good . We had 2 men turn up late they ripped out one window and then said they were going they didn't feel well on one came back that day the man said he had just come out of prison I wouldn't have had him there I'm on my own not good . They came back the next day they ripped out our bed room window so hard they pulled the plaster out and around the window when they took out the French doors to put the patio doors in they went in our garage got our crow bar an drenched the doors out the work is so bad we have a man, one of the directors round he said it's not that bad he had seen worse he was a arrogant man we have been phoning the shop as the main bed room had a massive crack right across from one end to the other they said it wasn't them it was down to the blinds we had fitted . We spoke to the blind man he came round he said that was not his fault we had to pay out for it to be don't . You phone the shop they don't phone you back , we have just had one of there men come round and put new mastic round the windows we are so upset with the company and we wouldn't recomend them to any one

This company installed my conservatory in 2012. I have been having my walls cracking so instructed a subsidence survey and now it turns out that Hometec of Leigh On Sea did not install the proper base to my conservatory and it is pulling my house over.

I've rung the company and they will not put it right. I wish I had listened to my neighbours who said they had problems with their windows but I was taken by their cheap price.
