We used this newlife window systems, Thirsk,North Yorkshire ,for the building of our conservatory which was ok for the first 2 years then it started detaching from the main house and a massive gap developed plus the French doors wouldn't lock.

Despite promises from the owner/company to amend the damage they never responded to any of our communications.

Shortly after this the new expensive composite front door they had also fitted had a lock failure. The lock broke totally and we couldn't leave the house unsecured. The door had been guaranteed for 10 years and the lock broke after 3 years!

Despite numerous promises they would come to sort it on that day they never turned up!! I couldn't get to work waiting for them. Then I was told go ahead and have someone else sort it and just send us the Bill which we will cover. I did this as I had no option I couldn't leave my house. 3 months later they have not responded let alone covered the costs of the repair!!

DO NOT. USE THIS COMPANY. They lie and have no morals!!
