Dont use this company. I had my house glazed by North Liverpool Windows (NLW) in December 2015 costing £8200. He arrived at my house in a new big German 4x4 executive car and gave the well rehearsed sales pitch of supplying a quality product hence the premium price so I signed the paperwork. The windows were manufactured and delivered by Camden windows in Speke only for a NLW installer to turn up and put them in. The NLW installer then; knocked the internal wall bricks through into the house when removing the old windows destroying the internal plaster work, knocked the bricks loose around another window and left them loose, accidentally cut deep into an internal window ledge (never resolved), scratched several of the pains of glass, deeply scratched the back door leaning it on an outside wall (never resolved) cut the wrong end of the door panel off so the handle is across the glass rather than in the middle of the door panel (never resolved) and left too many trim and sealing faults to mention here (some never resolved). In the meantime he was continuously phoning myself and turned up several times demanding full payment before the work had finished. Within 5 years the door handle paint had flaked off several doors and 2 windows have dropped so cant be closed once opened. When I contacted him several times (also emailed 3 times which he acknowledged on the phone he had recieved but never responded too) by phone I recieved the well rehearsed warranty answers off "were not doing warranty at the minute because of covid, I've got lads off, I'm inundated with work, I've got no one working on the warranty side at the minute, if you havnt cleaned and siliconed your windows there not on warranty, I'll get back to you and finally I've sent off the warranty request, it's the supplier who arnt sending the handles". So I contacted Camden windows and the Camden Customer Account Manager kindly got in touch and informed me that he had not put any order in for handles and that Camden knew nothing about it. After more digging I found that "the window and door frames are covered by a 10 year warranty but the hardware ie handles, locks and hinges are only covered by a 1 year guarantee". No guarantee or warranty paperwork was ever supplied. A single certificate of installation was supplied with no signatures on it so isnt actually a "legal document and has no binding effect". The couple who recommended NLW to myself who knew his father from when he ran the company where discusted by his behaviour and couldn't believe it was the same company. STAY WELL CLEAR.

Had all my windows done and a conservatory built, I was really pleased with everything until a few things started to go wrong with the hinges on the conservatory and the door handles spitting out I was told it was the weather. So I have recommended them to my family and friends in the past but it is different getting work done under the 10 year guarantee

From the beginning to the completion of the job everyone l came into contact with were extremely pleasant ,the weather on the day was torrential rain all day but even this did not seem to bother them ,they worked quickly and efficiently and left everywhere tidy ,l am especially pleased with the French doors they make such a difference would not hesitate to recommend North Liverpool windows ,many thanks to you all !

The price was less than I anticipated and certainly far less than a major company.

The fitters were excellent, polite and courteous and had a keen eye for detail. They cleaned up after them and removed all rubbish fro the site.

I've just had two Rockdoors installed on my house by North Liverpool Windows & Conservatories and I'm really impressed with their excellent service. From start to finish with the person I dealt with in the office, the man who visited to measure and especially the guy who carried out the installations, absolutely nothing was too much trouble to any of them. I certainly wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.

Was very impressed with the windows north Liverpool had fitted in my parents house. With this in mind, I decided I would use North Liverpool and I am so glad I did as they are a great company to deal with.

I have used North Liverpool Windies now for the last 10 years, they have supplied and fitted patio doros, windows, conservatory, fascia boards and front and back pvc doors. The service we received from the team has always been second to none. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. They dont mess you around on price and the standard of their work is exemplary.

Our conservatory is finished and I have to say that this firm made a first class job of it . The quality of the materials used and the workmanship is just superb, anyone would be hard pressed to find a fault in the construction of the finished article. It was not the cheapest on Merseyside nor was it the dearest but you certainly get what you pay for, which includes peace of mind. Each stage of the construction flowed and was timed just right from the footings, brickwork, concreting, construction of the conservatory, itself by a real craftsman who obviously takes great pride in his work, the electrics, through to the cleaning up at the end. They in fact go beyond what you expect them to do and will carry out any small alterations or changes you might ask for during its construction, within reason of course.

I strongly recommend this firm if you are coonsidering having a conservatory because the price you pay includes everything listed above. After a bad experience with 2 other companies who were actually recommended by friends, we called North Liverpool Windows out to give us a quote on a conservatory. Not only did they quote but they gave us a full home survey which was hugely beneficial when we came to choosing the style and fittings we wanted. All in all, a great company and a great conservatory, will definitely be recommending them in the future!

We recently had 7 new windows fitted to the front of our house. North Liverpool Windows came out to see us, were very professional and helpful and gave us a good price (we got 3 quotes in total).

We got none of the sales pitch you get with some of the other companies, instead it was a case of measuring up, tell us about the windows and the installation and guarantee and then we got the price.

We went ahead and the windows were installed in less than 2 days. The fitters were really friendly and did an excellent job.
