Nova Windows, Leeds

We had a conservatory done by them 8yrs ago loads of problems and now all hinges broken on French doors can hardly close them glass marked but they went bust so cannot claim on 10 Yr guarantee disgusting.

I confirm what the previous reviews say these are a rip off company that give terrible service from poor quality (We had scratches ,marked frames),poor fitters we had draughts) & none existant after sales service.

They go bust AGAIN & start up again & again & again.They are part of Rip off Britain

i cant believe this company opening again,after 2 failed attempts in business,you would feel they would give up and let the general public go else where,BE AWARE

we had some work done by them 2 years ago & the winters are terribly cold as there are draughts everywhere.However they went bust & when I checked their history they do this every 1-3 years then set up again with a slight name change.What a crazy law to allow this.Needless to say the guarantee is not homoured

We had windows done by Nova & no end of problems but went into liquidation (YET AGAIN)so guarantee not honoured

Had two external doors Fitted by Jason @ Nova Windows.Exalent job used them befor and their customer service is second to none would recomend this company to all my famliy.Well done Jason did not even stop for lunch.

SPOKE TO A FITTER WHO WORKED AT NOVA WINDOWS @ BRADFORD ROAD MORLEY. HE SAID THEY HAVE GONE INTO VOLUNTARY WINDING UP ! (AGAIN) ALL STAFF, MANAGERS, FITTERS AND REPS NOW AT ALPINE WINDOWS IN MORLEY BANK STREET

Problems, Problems, Problems - Avoid like the plague is a saying that fits well to be honest. Since having these Rogues (yes I can call them that) fit our windows, we have had nothing put problems. This started when they were fit, scratches in the frames which they told me that I did that within the 24 hour period that they were fit, anyhow after arguing and sending solicitors letters they agreed to replace. Since then I have had draughty windows and my front door keeps sticking and now will not lock. I contacted them and after explaining my problem, they said that they could not do anything about it because they were a new company now, a new company that still trades as Nova Windows, a new company that trades next door to the old?! Seems very suspicious to me. I will happily let anyone of you come to my home and see for yourself the big shambles they have made, I'm now going to have to go to the added expense of getting someone else to try and rectify there mistakes.

Nova did a fab job installing a porch for us great job done, thanks will be recommending you

Had Nova for our Fascia and Soffits replacing in July and are contacting them again in relation to a new porch we want installing before Christmas, they did a lovely job were very pleasant and helpful and this is why we are returning to them for extra work that we are requiring.
