I had a conservatory built by this company. As part of the work they had to move an outdoor tap to make room for the conservatory. The plumber they used worked on the plumbing inside and outside my house. I had a kitchen fitted after the work on the conservatory was finished. About 11 months after it was all fitted I discovered a significant leak on the pipework that had been installed by Orion's plumber. It has damaged my new kitchen, ruining the base unit, the draw under the cooker, laminate flooring and the kick boards. There is black mould on the walls behind the units which has made the kitchen smell. I complained to Orion before they changed management, they wouldn't accept responsibility for the damage. The new management won't honour the 10 year guarantee and will not take responsibility for the poor workmanship. The flags they laid outside all started to move and the concrete crumbled. They did repair this though again it showed poor initial workmanship. Now the pointing on the step they built is crumbling. I would not recommend this company and would urge anyone considering this company for building work to read all the reviews not just on this site.

We had all new windows and one door fitted , but we are getting a lot of condensation, so I asked for someone to come and take a look , he said there wasn't a fault with the windows but maybe trickle vents would help with the problem, so I said great could I get a quote for 5 trickle vents to be fitted that was in November 2017 , after 8 phone calls, and 2 emails , I am still awaiting the quote and it is now Feb 2018 . A very disappointed customer .

Had 3 Windows installed 27/04/16, guys were an hour late. Installation complete but with 10+ snagged over the 3 Windows including chips in the glass & damaged frames. I keep calling their installation manager and leaving messages for call backs, but they never do. Considering that the snags are chips in the glass an scratches to the framed plus poor installation I'd of though they'd been able to sort these asap, but no return call to date.

We used Orion Windows to install doors and sash Windows into our home. When faults started to emerge, Orion refused to do anything. 6 months ago, one window fell on me which resulted in it been cracked and I have tried for 6 months to get them to fix it but they don't return any calls or emails. Another window I have lets rainwater in and another window won't open at all as the mechanism has broken. I now have to get another window company to remedy these faults and have to take Orion to court. Awful company which lie from day one!!!

We were impressed at the time with their polite and courteous staff , their neatness , quality and attention to detail.

What we have been especially impressed with though is that on the few occasions we have needed them they have come out quickly and even done some minor things outside the guarantee and even once after the guarantee had finished.

Fantastic staff and service who I have recommended to work mates , friends and family , all of whom have been impressed.

Having previously bought a new back door and bi-fold doors from Orion Windows, returning to them when we decided to completely refit all the windows in the house was a simple decision. From survey to fitting (20 windows) was completed in less than a month. The installation team was always on time and communicated well throughout the four day period. Courteous and sympathetic to the mess that was necessarily created, they got on with their job with the minimum of fuss. The end result is brilliant and we believe we have received value for money with a long guarantee for peace of mind. Thank you to Orion Windows for another great job and we are very happy to recommend them.

Orion recently built us a large orangery and we are delighted with the end result. The workmen were all professional and polite at all times completing an excellant job in horrendous weather conditions at times. It looks far better than imagined and is light spacious and warm.

Initially the hardest part was securing commencement dates from the office staff who failed to get back to us on a few occasions. Once that problem was sorted and dates confirmed it was all smoothly done. We are absoloutly delighted and would recommend to others.

Orion windows fitted a complete set of new windows for my 84 year old mother's house without fuss and to a very high standard exactly as promised. They took account of a very bad weather forecast for day two and made sure to get all the windows in on the first day so that we weren't left with gales and sleet blowing through the house when the bad weather hit. They could then spend the second day renovating the inside. The guys just kept working, hardly pausing for breath and were very well mannered and helpful. We are delighted with the outcome - thanks Orion.
