I Have To Agree With Everything The Last Person Sa
I have to agree with everything the last person said. We went online and picked five companies. Perfect Solutions immediately stood out above the rest because they actually knew what they were talking about and immediately understood what we were trying to achieve with our conservatory and partial house conversion. The other companies didn't do certain things which we wanted, such as plumbing and flooring etc, where as Perfect Solutions were able to accommodate all of our plans with out us having to go elsewhere. We are busy people and didn't want the hassle of managing all the different trades, not a problem with these guys.My wife and I, really got on with Gary who came out to see us and were dreading that all of this must come at an outrageous price, but Perfect Solutions were spot on. Certainly not the cheapest but worth every penny.Everything went to plan (except the weather). Fully recommended!

Excellent, Very Impressed. I Was Worried Ab
Excellent, very impressed.
I was worried about the whole process but they were like a breath of fresh air.
I got four quotes and Perfect Solutions Home Improvements were the third company that came out. Anglian and Zenith came out first, knocked up a design for my conservatory in a few minutes, worked out a quote that was twice my budget and then spent the next two hours bartering with me and eventually came down to half the original quote.
I really wasn't looking forward to seeing Perfect Solutions as I assumed that I was in for the same treatment. However the consultant chap came out and was very knowledgeable. He listened to what type of conservatory I wanted and what I wanted to use it for and then made suggestions to how I could improve on my initial design. He also pointed out a couple of problems that the other companies hadn't picked up on, but were crucial to the final design of the conservatory. All my ideas were then used to make an impressive 3D drawing of my conservatory design and we played with the design till it was exactly what I wanted. He didn't give me a quote there and then because after inspecting a drain next to the proposed conservatory wanted to check with the council the type of foundations for my house, as I live near a landfill site. Again, none of the other companies bothered to check this, despite it being so important.
A few days later I received a professional quotation hand delivered to my house. It detailed all the works we had discussed and broke everything down so that I could see fully what I was paying for. The quote also had the 3D drawings, but this time super-imposed on a photo of my house so I could see what it would look like - VERY IMPRESSIVE!!
Just for reference, the fourth company I had out were Astraseal. The guy wasn't able to answer half the questions I had for him and even insisted that it was OK to leave my boiler flue inside my conservatory!!! He then made a laughable attempt at being a salesman before leaving and sending me an amazingly cheap quotation in the post. When I rang to query it, I found that the price did not contain any of the extras like tiling and plastering that we had talked about. Worse still was that he also forgotten to price in for a conservatory roof!! In the end they were still the cheapest company but there was no way that I would trust my hard earned cash to these guys!
The installation with Perfect Solutions went like a dream. I couldn't give you a technical review of what they did, all I know is that they arrived on time, did exactly what they said they would and finished leaving the conservatory exactly has I imagined it. I have a 10 year guarantee which is backed by a leading insurance company. All in all, I'm pretty chuffed and would definitely recommend them to anyone.
