Talk about hard sell! Rep wouldn't even listen to what I wanted just kept quoting for windows I didn't want. This firm are expensive and the so called "grant" is a joke. Obviously they wanted money there and then and wouldn't let me think about it until the next day as the deal would be off.

In the end I rang my son who listened to the rubbish he was telling him, then my son told me to stay on the phone having told the rep to leave the house.Ladies on your own beware, they come across as charming but they're just after your money lots of it!. I would have liked to know they were a reputable company before going anywhere near them.

Having obtained a quote from a local company for a composite front door. I was not too bothered when Posh windows made a cold call by phone. Incidentally it has been suggested that this company target the vulnerable; they asked for my wife by name, she is over 70 and terminally ill and is registered as vulnerable. I explained what I wanted - a composite door (these are better and more expensive than a UPVC door). Yes, someone would call tomorrow.

I was surprised, given Covid lock down, that he wasn’t wearing a mask and seemed to make little attempt at social distancing. I explained what I wanted: a quote for composite doors, the colour and glazing options. I would like the quote by email along with the specification’

No chance: I had to endure 40 minutes of hard sell, being passed back and forth by phone between the salesman and his boss. The original asking price tumbled by £1500 with the application of a “grant”, it later came down by a further £500, then another £400 and eventually another £200. The salesman was evasive about specifications, they were “A1 - the same as footballer buy”.

I finally squeezed out of him that his price was for the cheaper UPVC doors and not what I wanted.

Needless to say, I got nowhere and I’m still waiting for a professional quote by email. I would suggest that you don’t waste your time with Posh window

My 76 year old mother, whom is TPS registered, was contacted by the company whom asked her whether she required windows, garage, drainpipes.... etc etc. I had to raise a county court judgement, which they refunded me for too, once the action date came.I had to go legal as they hadn’t refunded my mother in full even though she was well with in her cooling off period once she cancelled the order.When she called to cancel they then proceeded to try to change her mind, telling her that she did really want a conservatory. Very rude and patronising.

I have just had 2 windows and 1 door fitted today by Posh Windows UK. I am very pleased with the fitters and would recommend them to anyone. Genuine family and friends company that I put my trust in, and they have overwhelmed me with their work. I surely will be returning for future work without any hesitation. The first I heard of Posh Windows was a few months ago when I came in from work and the wife told me that she had arranged for them to come and leave us a price for a conservatory, after speaking to a "lovely chap" on the phone. My initial reaction was one of anger. I thought she had fallen for the usual patter that I have come to expect from window companies. Even so, I decided to see how it played out as we had been looking into getting a conservatory for quite a while. So fearing the worst, but intrigued about the quote, I tentatively agreed to hear what they had to say.

To say I felt daft for my apprehension after the visit is an understatement. The guy who came to see us was an absolute pleasure. There I was expecting a high pressured sales pitch, and I ended up having a fantastic (and humorous) conversation with a guy I had only just met. At no point whatsoever did we feel under any pressure to do anything we didn't want to do, and his knowledge and willingness to accomodate the unique vision we had for our project genuinely blew me away.

Anyway, I'm happy to say that as I type this, I am sat in my brand new conservatory having been extremely satisfied with the price, and knowing that I would be covered by an insurance backed guarantee. The guys who came to do the job only enhanced the good feeling i had towards the company at this point. They turned up exactly when they said they would, worked ridiculously hard, and were absolutely immaculate in their clean up. The wife says that they were even fussier than I am (no mean feat, trust me). The job was finished to an exceptional standard, and I honestly couldn't be happier with how things have gone. The only draw back is, that the missus keeps reminding me daily that my cynicism nearly prevented this from happening. Thank God it didn't!!

I had a phone call from a very polite lady who explained about the company and What they actually specialised in. It just so happened that I needed my fascias doing as I was having to paint them every year. They told me that they provide a full replacement system and the benefits of it and it being maintenance free. They also explained about a recycling funding which they were part of which helped towards the cost towards of the fascias and mentioned that the qoute was free and no obligation. A lovely guy came out and gave me a free measurement and an unbelievable price which held for a full 12months including the recycling funding which was Exceptionally good value for money. I had the work done a few weeks later and the work was an absolute turn-out. They did a really good job and I would highly recommend them to anyone that I know who whenever they need a job doing I would direct them to this company.

I had a phone call out of the blue and I never expect calls from people that I don't know. The gent on the was so polite even when I was a bit rude with him. I expained that I need my flat roof doing and he expired that they give free quotes and it was under no obligation.

The lovely gent that came out to see me and measure up expain how it would work, he never put and pressure on me to buy the product which made my decision very easy and I made the order. When the job was carried out I was so happy with the service and will definitely go back to them if I need any more work done.

We recently had our windows fitted by Posh Windows UK Ltd and we are so pleased with the job. The guy that came out to us initially was very friendly and worked out a brilliant deal for triple glazed windows. We had other quotes but felt really pressured by their sales reps and Posh were much better priced and offered a proper guarantee. The two fitters were absolutely brilliant and made no mess at all. I would happily recommend this company.

I was impressed with Posh Windows from the first moment they contacted me.

I'd not heard of the company before, they called me and said they were working in the area and leaving free quotes. We'd been thinking of replacing some of our windows so the timing was pretty good. I was naturally wary as I'd had a bad experience with pusyh window salesmen before. They said they were a family run company and assured me they don't employ heavy handed or pressure tactics.

I arranged for them to come around and have a look, a lovely chap came, was promptly on time and made us feel at ease straight away. We explained to him what we were thinking, he then told us about the windows they supply, the guarantees and the money we could save by having the triple glazed windows. He wasn't like a 'salesman', not at all pushy and didn't give us the standard spiel.

We were so impressed with what he told us, and with everything he did and said. He then said they would off the triple glazing for the same as the standard double glazing. We had no intentions of placing an order and had in mind to get other quotes, but we were so impressed with the person I dealt with and the company we went for it.

I'm pleased to say, we're glad we did. The chaps who fitted the windows were excellent, polite, clean and efficient...they did a fantastic job. The new triple glazed windows look amazing and we felt the benefits from day 1.

I highly recommend this company and will definitely use again.
