Thrilled with the initial look of our new front door although slight difference in design to what we were expecting but very similar to the showroom model we chose .

The young fitters were very well mannered and professional along with the young ladies in the office they were a credit to the business .

Poor communication following the initial sales visit therefore causing a rise in costs through no fault of our own -

We loved the door and were able to go ahead with the sale .

After numerous conversations with the salesman and surveyor regarding colours and the height of the sill/ threshold we thought we were all on the same page .

We had been specifically asked on site if we planned to change the flooring in the hall and advised we planned to match in with the rest of the house ie oak flooring around 20 mm .

Unfortunately for us this is now impossible as there is literally around a 2mm gap between the concrete floor and bottom of the door ! Nothing will fit !

Yes we did stipulate a lower sill / threshold to what we originally had which the surveyor thought was around 30 mm or more but honestly this has left us really disappointed and at a loss as there is literally nothing we can do with this problem .

Seriously no one would be happy with this and we are unsure as to why this has happened …

From start to finish- very professional service. Courteous and very friendly bunch..make you feel like family! Lads that did my patio and front door were solid and workmanship was very high quality! Prices are decent. I rang around several companies and several builders but so glad I went with this company. Will defo be using again

Having been let down and messed about by a different local window and conservatory company we contacted Radcliffe glass and windows for three Rock doors and a front porch. First class service from start to finish, they organised the architect, planning permission, brick layer, roofer, ,window fitter, plasterer and electrician.I wish we had gone there first.

We recently had a conservatory built by Radcliffe Glass & Windows and their knowledge and service was excellent throughout the consultation and build. They took care of the planning permission needed and work started when it was scheduled and finished ahead of time.

There team of builders, fitters, electricians and plasters we always pleasant and cleared up after themselves.

We had quotes from 3 companies and no they weren't the cheapest but gave the best impression they would deliver what we wanted and we are very pleased we went with them.

Recently I had all my windows, doors, tudor board and sofits and facias replaced by Radcliffe Windows. I selected them from a choice of three installers which had been recommended to me through various sources. I chose Radcliffe because of their membership of the DGCOS which through my own research offered the most comprehensive consumer protection. Network Veka was very close but none of the installers belonged to that association.

The quality of the work,the attitude of the installation team,the salesmanship and the after sales service was of the highest order. I can't speak too highly of their approach and professionalism. The documentation relating to the DGCOS scheme arrived promptly and I believe there is a bond set up by the DGCOS in case any member goes bust within the 10 year guarantee.

I can't think of anything I didn't like about the whole experience. If only all major purchases were of such quality.
