Excellent Service
I had my front windows replaced (upstairs and downstairs). Excellent service throughout. Agent was great. Very helpful and professional. The window fitters were very hardworking and did a great job. I felt that they went the extra mile to ensure that everything was spot on. Thanks very much!

This company was polite from salespearson to fitters no hassel.stated how long window would take to be made fitters turned up at appointed time and did a brilliant job cleaned all there mess up afterwards will definatly use again

Excellent Quality Products & Excellent Value For Money
We recently had a conservatory & Windows fitted and the products used were of a very high standard.
The window fitters were absolutely amazing and have done an excellent job with the fitting.
Their workmanship was impeccable, they were extremely polite and left both the house and garden in immaculate condition.
The salesman and office staff were also very courteous too and the timescale quoted at the time of order was kept to.
We would definitely recommend Reliant Windows to friends, family or whoever enquires who has done the work for us.

Sterling Quality, Friendly Service
You can't go wrong with this company. The salesperson was brilliant from the get go, no pressure, good advice and not pushy. The process was well guided and clear. The company thoroughly checked that the order was exactly how we wanted before we went ahead with 2 visits from the surveyor and the fitting team. We were allowed to make changes throughout the process before the start. Covid put the spanner in the works several times and it slowed the process down, but Reliant never stopped keeping us in the loop via the office. The workmen were a delight and it was no problem to iron out any hiccups along the way. They kept clean and took our rubbish away.
What did reliant do for us? We have an ex council terrace house. They replaced all windows front and back with a composite front door. All of the plastic facia and guttering was replaced. Our dilapidated lean-to was demolished rebuilt and extended (modestly). The solid roof was replaced with blue glass so that our living room was flooded with light. We went from brown leaded windows to beaming white and we LOVE it. Can't stop looking through our new windows and patio door! ...and we have the Fensa certificate to prove it.

Pleased With Front Porch.
We recently had a porch fitted to the front of the house. The product is of a good quality and the fitters were efficient and very helpful. We were very pleased with the final product and will be recommending Reliant to our friends.

New Patio Door
We decided to contact Reliant Windows again having received good service a couple of years ago when they replaced our windows. We had a new patio door quoted at a very competitive price and Reliant were superb again with their customer service keeping us updated with the slight delays due to material availability.
Reliant arrived promptly on the day to fit the door and did a great job, we would definitely recommend this company.

An Excellent Job
I have recently had a combination of new uPvc A rated windows, replacement
double glazed window units and new cladding fitted to my garage by Reliant Windows. I am very pleased with the quality of the products and the workmanship I have received. My garage no longer leaks and the replacement windows and units look great. Great value for money. Thank you.

Waste Of Time
I would never recommend Reliant Windows and will never use again.I ordered a new front door on 9/1/21, had no communication from them, I had to keep chasing. Then they booked in the door for fitting on Tuesday 4th April and when they arrived it was the wrong the door. One days holiday from work wasted.Then nothing until mid May, had a call to say they no longer do the glass I ordered, so they had to come back out so I could choose new glass.Then had to wait another six weeks for the door and it was actually fitted on Friday 25th June 2021For a company with 35years experience very disappointing experience.

We don't like to let any of our customers down, we are a family owned business in the industry since 1982, one family, one company. The current world order has fractured the supply chain for lots of businesses including ours and getting hold of certain products at the moment is increasingly difficult. We shy away from excuses and like to try and get on with things and get the job done for our valued customers, but it is incredibly frustrating when certain factors at the moment are out of our control and come through no fault of our own, it's the same throughout our industry and in having to pass on bad news, the vast majority of our customers understand the current situation because they appreciate and sympathise with the current landscape. We can understand your personal frustration, of course.
Most of our customers are recommended and are returning existing customers and although we're not perfect, the vast majority of our reviews are hugely positive, which we're appreciative of and we take onboard reviews where we can do better.

Be Very Cautious
Porch built. Very draughty. Door lock jammed, cost me £100 to get it rectified.
The opening vent on the right hand side of the frame has no provision for locking mechanism. I have a key for the lock, but nothing in the frame to connect the lock to.
I could go on........... and on....
Looks
good BUT leaves a lot to be desired.
