From our first contact, the communication was great and friendly. Our appointment was booked and the surveyor turned up on time he knew exactly what we needed measured up and passed the info back, who sent our quote over the next day.

We had a few companies out but picked south east secondary because we felt reassured that they Knew what we wanted. Our fitting appointment was booked and they arrived on time, the fitting was fast and efficient we had 2 windows in our bedroom fitted for sound and thermal insulation.

As soon as the fitters had left the room was around 60 % quieter and no longer did we get the breeze coming from the old sash windows.

Very poor quality secondary glazing and bad customer service. We had secondary glazing installed on most windows and paid a small fortune for it. 2 years later two handles have already fallen off. We contacted se glazing 4 months ago to repay/replace them but have not heard back. Chasing it up weekly but no one gets back to up. We would not recommend this company.

From our initial enquiry to the survey, pricing and installation we were really pleased. The Team were quick, considerate, professional and listened to our needs. The fitting team were excellent, they did a great job on our door and windows and cleaned up as they went along. From initial enquiry to fitting took a month.. which was at least 6-8 weeks than Everest quotes they would take. Thank you.

I couldn't have been happier with the service provided. The two men were on time, courteous, worked efficiently and delivered in the time-frame estimated. They were left on their own in the property for about an hour and just got on with the job, neatly. They took great care to move furniture where appropriate and to minimise the mess created. They then also cleaned up after themselves, so that I had nothing to do after they had gone but a minimal readjusting of furniture. The secondary glazing with sealant makes a huge difference to the noise level in the rooms. I am extremely happy with the product and service provided and understand that I will also receive a 10-year guarantee for the workmanship as well as for the product. We've just had 9 sash windows fitted with secondary glazing by SE Secondary Glazing. The product is great, really fits well with the traditional sash, at a fraction of the cost of doing full sash replacement.

Massive thanks to the SE Secondary Glazing team for a great service. They came round for quote, again to confirm measurements, and lastly to do the fitting today which they they managed in only a couple of hours.

Overall you can barely notice the interior frames, outside noise is reduced and the house is much warmer.

Due to living in a Victorian conversion run by a management company, I cannot simply replace the original windows (not that I'd want to anyway). As much as I love the period features, sound has been a problem due to the single panes of glass. Having searched a few companies online, I came across South East Secondary Glazing. They looked good from their website but you can never be sure through the internet!

I have to say they did a great job and were thoroughly professional throughout. It is of course quite a large expense but getting a good sleep is near priceless. Not to mention the added warmth they should provide through winter.

We live on a busy road and the noise was really starting to affect our ability to sleep. We looked at all options from noise reducing curtains to replacing the existing windows. However, having done the research we decided on secondary glazing and what a great choice it was!

Obviously, it being a large expense we were worried that it may not give the reduction that we wanted but the team were able to give a sense of what to expect.

The team were also really responsive and quick to come and do a home visit to recommend the best option.

The timelines from when we booked the site visit to the windows being fitted was about 2 weeks and when they did come the guys were very clean and tidy just leaving an almost silent room.

Due to the noise level on our road we weren't expecting silence but now the street noise is barely noticeable and it is really only when the sirens are going that we are aware of the street noise.
