A bunch of narcissists and bullies. They changed themselves to a number of slightly different company names but still kept the same aggressive tactics and harrassment. Avoid at all costs.

Agreed, the sale person will try an agresive approach (but most other window firms do the same), so you have to state at the start NO noncence tell me the real price and if thats still too much then show them the door. The will soo return with a realistic price.

As for the windows.The propertyI already had double glazing when I purchased it, but could never get the home to keep warm and noticed condensation building up on the inside. Plus you could not go out and leave the windowes partly open. After the new window were fitted I imediatly noticed and increase in the temperature and was able to reduce the heating.

Also the windows are burgle proof and have a unique locking system that means the windows can be left partly open without any fear of some one getting in.

I used to work for these guys for a few weeks ( what a mistake) we were put on a training course of basically agressive selling techniques-especially if the customer is elderly or on there own- Not to leave unless the home unless we got the customer to sign a contract - poor customer service - if your not happy forget about contacting anyone. ALL SALES pitches starts by the sales person quoting a silly price - then we are told to ring the manager for a special offer !!!!!!! Which will go down to a quarter of the price if we can get a signature on the contract - if you contact this company you will not get rid of the salesman for hours - I KNOW !!!!!!!. THIS COMPANY IS A CON _ DO NOT USE THESE ...................
