We used Sure Fix to replace our ancient front door with a new Composite one. From the initial sales call to to the fitting of the door every person was a credit to the company. The sales process was great and not pushy in any way and gave good advice on best solution for us. The assessor and the fitter were extremely friendly and door was fitted with no fuss and very neat and tidy job. Very pleased with the service and will be asking them back to replace our back door. We had one minor mistake with the door having the wrong lock installed and this was rectified within 48 hours for the correct lock again with no fuss. Would recommend them to anybody.

Having used Surefix a couple of years ago for our replacement conservatory we had no hesitation in using them again for just 2 replacement bedroom windows. The work was competed in good time, clearing up any mess made. Their employees, both sales & practical were pleasant & well-mannered. I would certainly use them again & recommend them to others.

The work was ordered on 3/10/17 to be done within 8 weeks. This was achieved and work started on 27/11/17 at 8am!!! The estimated time was 1 and a half days and this was achieved. The guys who did the work were very professional and hard working. They did a very good job. Clearing up as they went along. At the finish all rubbish was removed and taken away. All guttering's fascia's and soffits were cleaned and any marks removed. I would have no problems recommending their work and would/will use them for any future work.
