Warwickshire Windows have replaced several misted window panes over the last 10 years. I have also had a replacement back door and very large patio doors installed which involved knocking a wall down and putting in a supporting beam. There were a few niggles but everything was sorted out and I am delighted with the result.

Warwickshire Windows were recommended by two friends. We had several quotes they were not the cheapest but were not the most expensive either. The sales guy was polite, courteous and unlike the others he not outstay his welcome (about 20mins), unlike some of the others who insisted on staying for hours. On the day of installation I was pleased to see the carpets protected by dust sheets and when the fitters went into the bedrooms with light coloured carpets they even wore little blue plastic shoe covers !

The quality of the product was excellent and the triple glazing that was recommended by the sales guy has indeed reduced the noise coming in from the main road outside our house. I would have no hesitation to recommend them to anyone. Fantastic from start to finish !

Stay away. I've had the line about stuff being on a boat from China too. Never return phone calls. Seven months later still waiting for mistakes to be put right. No regard for homeowner or their possessions. Rude office staff. Ill fitting doors, been out to alter, still ill fitting. Save yourself a lot of stress and go elsewhere.

More than 2 years ago I fitted bifold doors worth £7000, I am so annoyed that I did not see the reviews here before I contracted them. From day one the problems started. Seals that came loose, wrong seals reinstalled after 8 months and at least 70 phonecalls in that period just to have them come and do it. The workmanship is horrendous. Remember this company promise to call you back but never does. In over 2 years they have called me 3 times to my over 300. They are lying, promising and stalling everything. Things like its on a boat from China to the lorry is leaving Germany as we speak is now beginning to sound like children making up stories for fun.I never thought customer service could be this bad. Started a log a year ago with all the calls I have made and all the promises given. It is already 4 pages long. If I had done this since day 1 I would easily have 12 pages with calls lies and promises. I have also started recording all the conversations with them plus I've gone back in my itemised phone bills to count all the calls I have made to them. At the moment I am up to over 300.

Have also taken day off work 11 times since they promised they would be here those days, but they never showed up. Today is also one of those days where they did not come as promised. Do not ever do business with these jokers again. Too bad you can not give -5 stars

I have now given up and will take them to court for a full refund.

They are absolutely horrendous we had a bi folding door installed and took over 8 months to final get it right and still not 100% happy

We hand a conservatory fitted in 2015 and although the price and initial sales meetings were good it went down hill from there. I strongly recommend holding onto payments until you are satisfied at every stage if you really want to go with this firm. Problems ranged from unlevel floors,poor plaster work, doors put in a the wrong height and ill fitting. The roof was just sealed to the main house wall using silicon sealant and no lead flashing.When diverting the drains, they put in a soak away which they tried to divert the main washing machine, dishwasher and kitchen sink waste into. After I complained they changed it.

The warranty is not backed by industry and to be honest I am really not relying on it any more as after the problems we have already had.

In the end we came to an agreement to reduce the overall price and I got another firm to finish the job.

So all in all what should have been a great experience adding to the size of the house turned into a battle and a very stressful time.

The quote was the middle out of three that we got. The salesman wasnt at all pushy unlike one of their local competitors who I threw out of our house! The fitters used dust sheeting throughout and hoovered every room after they had finished. I have reccomended them to my brother who is having a them in to build a conservatory. Top quality at a reasonable price.

Four times over the last year (since fitting) I have been trying to get repair/replacement for a set of doors which whistle when it's windy. No joy. We have been fobbed off, emails have been ignored an we've had to deal with a very rude member of staff. Whether it's the warwickshire window company or twwc, as they now call themselves, steer clear. Misery on a stick. There is no button for 'no stars' or 'go elsewhere' so here it is :((

they were recommended by someone working on my home so invited them to quote. New front door with coloured glass panel, back door with square strips. Price agreed and paid for up front (big mistake). Doors fitted 1 month later without ordered glass panels. Then 6 months of excuses I.e. There coming from China, been delayed, no longer produced by Chinese company so being reorder by uk company. On the lorry being delivered will be fitted Friday before Xmas. Nothing. Rang after Xmas told they wouldn't supply because the boss says they cost more now. Taking them to court. Be very wary of this company.

Have used WWC initially to put a kitchen back door in, and then when I was pleased with that used them to double glaze my house a year or two later. They were better in terms of price than competitors and they did the work well, and within the time agreed. Very courteous fitters and so on. Then, when my mum moved to the area I got them to quote to build a conservatory for her and again they did a great job at a competitive price. Plan to use them again in the future if needed.
