We only had a small job done (6 glazed units replaced) but the service we were given was excellent.would recommend and use again.

When I heard about Windows Direct I thought I would take a chance but I need not have worried . They came and replaced my front bedroom window made of 4windows did a fabulous job. It only took one and a half days and the finished product was lovely and was done very professionally. I can’t thank Windows Direct enough. All staff was very helpful and professional and there was no hard selling tactics involved . Thank you all very much

Once again an excellent job done by a professional team. We have dealt with Windows Direct for nearly nine years, since they installed all new Windows in our 1st floor flat. Their after sales service is second to none, they always return calls and deal with any enquiries/problems promptly and efficiently. We would have no hesitation in using them for any future work and would recommend them willingly.

Several years ago new front door fitted which after this time need a slight adjustment.All sorted at no charge within 24 hours!

We can recommend this company without any hesitation. The person I dealt with was very helpful right from the design, throughout the construction and sign off He kept in touch at every stage and was available and had a friendly response to queries. He and his team kept us up to date with what was going on and procedures. He went that 'extra mile'; for example in finding bricks that matched our house and little extras that gave the final completion. His team were friendly, neat and tidy and on time. The surveyor, electrician and plumbers he used were efficient and helpful too.

Disgusting staff that are rude and selfish. Don't care where they park or who they upset. If they can't park a van properly I doubt very rush they can fit windows properly. They just seem to stand around smoking all day and making a nuisance of themselves.

Just had my bungalow fitted with windows and a French door out the back they look fantastic and the young fitter what a lovely bloke clean and fast but also doing a proper job even with my not so straight wall I bricked up my self he got round the problem will definitely recommend you lot again cheers 

Just had new windows and French doors installed and we are very impressed. They were installed in two days and the workmanship and cleanliness is outstanding. If you are looking for a company you can rely on and people who care then look no further. You will not be disappointed.
