Worst Paint Ever
I have never used this paint before, and I never will again. It’s beyond awful. It has ruined my walls which are now a patchy , shoddy looking mess. Coverage is RUBBISH. On the 2nd coat & after 5 hours, I could cry. Applying for a refund. And it was £32!! AVOID!!
Low Quality
Emulsion paint looks great, but according to quality, it is very low. It vanishes off quickly, just keeping a hand on it, spoils the wall.

Do Not Buy
I bought this Dulux once matt emulsion, got professional decorators in to do my full house, paint went on walls fine. But trying to get marks off walls has become a nightmare, when wiped lightly with a damp cloth all the paint comes off the walls, when we tried to touch it up we ended up having to go over the full wall again with the paint,
Would not recommend this paint to anyone, even the professionals I had to do the whole house said it was awful,
Dulux need to sort this out, I have never had a problem wiping marks from walls with any other matt emulsion.
Would never buy this emulsion again, and can I also add it wasn't cheap to buy, stay away from this emulsion, paint shops own brands are far superior to this stuff

Don't Buy This
This was absolute waste of money - paid £25 for one tin of Raspberry Diva and had to go and buy another tin as did not cover a very pale yellow in one coat. Should have purchased 5 litres of another make for less money !!!
Only good thing is I love the colour !!!!
Awful! Awful! Awful!
Omg I wish I'd read the reviews before I bought this paint! Two coats later and my walls look awful, roller marks all over. The finish looks more like suede. Please don't buy this paint it's a total waste of money.
wish i'd have read these reviews before choosing the colour caramel latte in this " once " love the colour (and since discovered its also available in the easycare range which is amazing and washable) My decorator almost lost the will to live trying to go over roller marks on my stairs and landing, this paint should be taken off the market

Should Be Called “twice Or Three Times”
I’m using Dulux Once Matt for walls and ceilings. The colour is lovely but it’s definitely NOT “once”! I’ve had to buy more paint and faff about far more than if I just used normal paint! Definitely it worth the time/money!!

Dulux Once Emulsion Intense Truffle
Save yourself the emotional torture and lost hours and DON'T BUY THIS PAINT!!! It certainly DOES NOT need just one coat. We tried to touch up the parts of the walls that it hadn't covered and they dried a different shade which looked TERRIBLE! The can states clearly that you can touch up any missed bits and the colour will match. It didn't. Resigned to doing the walls again, we bought yet another can and redid all the walls. The colour in this tin was a slightly different shade and again the finish was diabolical. So, on to the third can. Never one to be beaten... AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It has been an absolute NIGHTMARE using this paint. The walls look as if a two year old has been let loose with a roller. DON'T BUY THIS PAINT EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!

Waste Of Time And Money
I have always used dulux products, but after using dulux once matt emulsion (urban obsession)i don't think I will be using it again. I bought this product so that, like it says on the tin saves time, but it took twice as long as it would have done using ordinary emulsion
Very poor coverage had to apply 2 coats very disappointed
Q&A
I painted the walls with it, once it did cover the walls but it also rubs off even when dry onto your hands or cloths if you brush up against the wall. I am desperate for a solution. What can I do?
