Wilko Right Price Vinyl Matt Emulsion Paint Pure Brilliant White

I'm a Wilko disciple and have been converted for a while now. I love their products and for the most part they are excellent value for money with little compromise on quality.

I decided to try their "Right Price" brilliant white paint for use on my ceilings. At a pound a litre it's excellent value and I was not at all disappointed with the finish.

The consistency of the paint is nice and thick, not watery like some other budget brands. I always use paint pads and it applies smoothly and evenly and dries in no time which allows you to get a second coat on quickly to let you get the job done in a matter of an hour or so.

If you do buy this product, don't be alarmed when the paint looks cream in colour when applied; I was mortified when I saw this but it dries a pure brilliant white. I don't know whether this is by design but it's very useful to tell where you've painted when applying further coats.
