Anti-snap Euro Profile Cylinder From Euro Cylinders Direct
Recently I have been reading a lot in the news in relation to criminals snapping euro profile locks.
This prompted me to upgrade the euro cylinders in all of my uPVC doors, and to look for a replacement that couldn't be snapped.
I stumbled across a company called Euro Cylinders Direct, who supply a range of UAP anti-snap cylinders.
My order was for 3 30/10/30 cylinders, I ordered them at 11am on Tuesday and they were on my door step the very next day.
After watching the video on their website, this enabled me to remove my existing cylinders and measure for the new ones (this was pretty simple, especially after watching the video)
I would recommend this company to my friends, and I have already to a few of them...
My new cylinders cost me around £13 each, which is much better than my £150 insurance excess if I was burgled.
They are very quick
These cylinders are BS kitemarked known as the UAP Zero lift cylinder. They are also available from a company called IFI, based in Peterborough.
