Bought a specialist smoke alarm system. Their price was good compared to other shops so I placed the order.

Delivery was very prompt and the packaging was good.

I ordered fire extinguishers and a fire blanket from this company in March 2012. Initially the engineer came out to fit the fire extinguishers but we did not receive the fire blanket. I had to chase this up and eventually it was received.

We have recently discovered that the fire extinguishers were not properly fitted. After a member of staff lightly brushed up against one of them it came straight out of the wall almost landing on her foot- she narrowly missed being injured. Upon inspection we discovered that the correct fixings were not used to attach the extinguishers to that type of wall. It has also left a hole a little larger than a 50p coin in a partition wall which was installed just months before the extinguishers. I absolutely do not recommend having this company fit your extinguishers as they do not know what they are doing.

I am a servicing engineer and regularly buy my extinguishers online. The extinguisher is of a good quality and with a 10 year warranty is well worth the £27.49.

The goods arrived the next day and in great condition, I will definitely be using Safelincs again!
