There are no words to express my dismay at the experience I have had with Y3K. Their after sale service is beyond appalling. They can only exist and carry on selling because London is a huge place and people don't easily know what a bunch of cheaters they are. Expensive products when one realises they are not even worth half of what they cost. No real support after installation, never matter how many times one calls them telling them that something is wrong or it is not working. All the excuses are good for not replacing the useless stuff they sell!

I called up and a young guy names Anthony helped me out with my order I had no idea about cctv or security systems he spent 25 mins going through everything with me, it really helped and ill be using them again

couldnt fault the company great help with me being a novice and all the help that i may need will be coming back to them all the time in the future

Just fitted a HD camera for our customer from Gary, was a newbie so needed lots of help, he spent 30 mins explaining what I needed and provided a system at half the price of the other 2 quotes I had.

Very helpful on telephone, Steve seems to know his products well. Next day delivery. Had to return a camera a faulty, company replaced, immediately. Would use again and would recommend to others.

Spoke to a chap called Marvin. Unbelieveably helpful. Fantastic! He spent nearly 2 hours on the phone giving quality advice iwthin the space of 2 days. I did give him a fairly large order. But extremely impressed. Its difficult to find companies who spend time over the net and give good advice.

Y3K are a very efficient company to deal with. I ordered a 16 camera system and recieved the package the following day! I was given honest advice on the best system for my budget by a very helpful sales guy called Jon. I would definitely recommend these guys.

We have been using Y3K products for over 5 years now (we tried some of the other websites but it soon became clear they were small one man bands, as they had no stock, did not offer after sales support and in one case did not send any goods!). Y3K seem to be the biggest around and in our opinion the products are very good value. The Xvision branded products are as good as any if not better than other more expensive brands (we have dozens of system that have been running 24/7 for 5 years), however their IQ range is cheap and not as good (their words not mine), made on a budget as they say, so we avoid using IQ. Also a small tip if you have any problems with tech or returns speak to Belle in customer services, she is brilliant and always puts the customer first, resolving any problem to our satisfaction in minutes.
