We built an extension and needed a wow factor kitchen to fill the space. Bradburys worked with us to design what we needed and then installed onsite to the highest of standards that you would expect from a luxury kitchen provider. We are thrilled with the look, spacial modern design and the quality appliances that keep my chef wife occupied for hours. To top to off the after sales service and customer care is second to none. Would recommend Bradburys to anyone after a wow factor kitchen.

We had no intention of spending as much on a kitchen, but after looking around Bradburts of Exeter excellent showroom, the quality plus design features of the Alno kitchen, we decided to take it a step further and look at design and costing. He came up with the ideal kitchen and so well thought out we decided to go ahead and order. He handled the whole operation, the fitter was so professional you couldn't fault him, all we had to organise was an electrician. He came up from Exeter several times to ensure it was a seamless process, and it was. We are delighted with it. You couldn't wish for a better product and service. Mr and Mrs D Parkin

We were very attracted to Alno's designs and impressed by the quality of the units. The sales team at Bradburys in Exeter were super throughout. Not pushy, very informative, and always pleasant and responsive. We particularly enjoyed the trip to the marble yard to choose our own worktop -- very exciting. We are very pleased with our kitchen and would recommend Bradburys to anyone in the South West.

The design service was excellent, even when we changed our minds about the details. We never felt rushed and knew what to expect at every point. The kitchen arrived on time. Was fitted on time and the quality is excellent. We're really pleased with our Alno kitchen. Great product. Great customer service. There really wasn't anything we didn't like.

From first entering the showroom, we fell in love with the Alno kitchen. We had a vague idea of what we wanted, looked at hundreds of samples of finishes, guided by the experienced Bradbury designer. Plans were submitted to us and a home visit sorted out any questions we had. We were well advised as to what would work, and what wouldn't. We chose Alnostar Pearl in high gloss magnolia white with oak effect cashmere full length cupboard doors as a contrast. We were offered a date for delivery which we delayed for our own reasons and the kitchen arrived exactly on our chosen date. We used our own fitter who commented on the high quality and ease of fitting. We are still very happy with the end result. The kitchen works well for us and I wouldn't change anything except possibly the tap which is designed to be used with a pressurised system which ours isn't. The Bradbury designer visited several times even though we live over a hundred miles away. The Siemens appliances are top quality and priced very competitively. The drawers within drawers are really useful as is the waste compartment drawer. The high gloss finish with no handles looks fantastic but does show the fingerprints! These are easily removed. The Corian worktops complete the look and are very practical. A curved low level splashback all around the rear of the worktops stops any awkward corners or dirt traps. We are very happy with the quality, durability and design of our Alno kitchen and would recommend Bradburys.

We had a very clear idea of what we wanted when we first met with Bradbury. They had the knowledge and expertise to be able to make our design ideas into reality and within our budget, we did not have to compromise on our design, the team worked with us to ensure we could achieve what we wanted including advising on finishes and finer details. There was always transparency in terms of cost which enabled us to make decisions more effectively. The finished kitchen meets our expectations and more and really has a wow factor.

We visited five kitchen suppliers in the area,ranging from very knowledgeable kitchen designers who had good product knowledge to simply kitchen unit suppliers who did not have a great product knowledge. We do not like hard sell, so that eliminated two of the suppliers.

Our local Alno suppliers gave us plenty of their time over several visits, never pushing a sale but always ready to give advice.

The quality and range of the kitchen units,the sales team design ideas,after sales service are all a credit to Bradburys in Exeter.

We have bought three kitchens from Bradburys,recommending them to our friends and people who have visited our developments.

We changed our mind on several occasions on the kitchens, but it was never a problem for the sales team,in fact they relished the challenge!!

We had a problem with one of the hob units,rang our suppliers, who sent out an installation engineer who immediately arranged a visit from the relevant appliance engineer,who consequently informed the owners in a very pleasant manner ,that they were in fact using a sub standard induction pan on the hob!

Nice to have been sorted out without the need for the constomers to feel embarrassed.... just very thankful for a good after sales

The first of these Alno units have been in use for two years now,and although they are looked after by their owners,they are in beautiful condition and belie their age.

We went to Bradbury's on a recommendation and were not disappointed. The service we received was second to none from the planning stage right through to the installation. Nothing was too much trouble and the fitters were so clean and tidy you would hardly know they'd been other than your new amazing kitchen!!! I was also pleasantly surprised that all budgets could be accommodated and prices were very competitive when I shopped around for appliances. All in all it has been a great experience and we wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to anyone.
