Do Not Buy. No Stock. No Customer Service

DO NOT BUY. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Purchased a bath with panels 10-6. Delivery 20-6 PANEL ONLY. NO bath??? Said...delivery next week, then an email, sorry 4 weeks!!!! Asked for a refund...they want their panels back. Fine. Picked up 5 days ago, I've sent about 6 emails asking where my refund is (as they wouldn't until the panels were returned) and NOT ONE REPLY. Not even a ' it will be refunded within 5 working days'. NOTHING.  DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Don't Keep Promises

From my recent experience I cannot recommend this company. I bought a shower screen from them and when fitter saw it he told the it was the wrong size. I contacted the company and they agreed to collect it even though it was 30 days from date of delivery but only by a few days. I thought great, a co that cares about its customers and will be flexible to help. However, next day they emailed me and reneged on their promise which is very bad business practice. I would advise people to be very wary of buying from them and there are many other bad reviews on here and I wish I'd read them before buying the item.

Warning Does Not Honour Guarantees !

Bought a P bath and screen off Bathshop321 via ebay after first asking for the manufacturer and warranty if any. Received a written reply from the company that the bath was made by Ideal Standard (therefore UK quality as we thought) and had a 25 yr guarantee that was 'with us' signed by a Bathshop rep with their address. Made the purchase decision on this basis. Bought in advance of an accommodation renovation project following a bereavement the project was delayed due to obtaining trades to actually quote then work then covid hit and more delay. The bath had been checked for obvious delivery damage, seemed ok, then stored on its legs as it would fitted in the bathroom, in the spare bedroom. Yes 5 year delay but it had a 25 year guarantee. Upon fitting a dip in the middle of the wall edge was found creating an uneven seal if done. We contacted the manufacturer with images and measurements for advice. Ideal Standard told us not to fit it and contact the seller for a refund. Months of delay in confirming sales details including a fire, change in computer systems then finally found. Bathshop would not honour the 25 year guarantee as we had had the bath too long..? 25 yrs? then we caused the moulding defect ourselves, then they didnt provide any guarantee, then the guarantee they provided was a mistake as the sender no longer worked for the company!!!! then the guarantee was not with them but with the manufacturer who was not honouring it! Claim all dragged out to negate any possible comeback. We subsequently discovered Bathshop321 would not honour guarantees on fitted items blaming the fitting for defects let alone unfitted ones, also telling other customers they only had 48 hours to report faults! Sadly Trading Standards were persuaded the written guarantee was a 'mistake' so a pensioner has to find another bath. Ideal Standard, who had not actually put their branding onto this 'discontinued' product (they said), is unmoved that their baths are so poor they start melting on the edge as Bathshop claimed!. Bathshop321 have lengthy warranties on their website but do not say who with. We are talking of a purchase of under £300 and a business that would play hardball with a pensioner that obviously got a blowtorch and heavy weight out to warp 10mm of acrylic for fun. Beware therefore that buying from this company will not have any product guarantee as it will be a mistake.

Stay Away !

Warning! Warning! Warning! This company is absolutely shambles. They have competitive prices but nothing else. I have paid premium delivery as need it item urgently. Fact is that their driver turned up but he refused to leave the item with my neighbour even after I send the directions to them the day before.That was the biggest nonsense I have heard.They actions are definitely not COVID safe and extremely careless. I spoke to their customer service which is useless and poorest customer service I have expected in entire life. Very very disappointed. Awaiting for the refund.

Shower Enclosure

Having bought a shower enclosure from clearance at first the staff were polite and helpful and the order was put through and arrived on time,have no complaints on that part,I did not check contents in the boxes as I did not want to open them with my little grand daughter running around only opened them when I wanted to fit it looked good checked and alas a little damage on one of the uprights but not too serious to worry about a couple of dents on the edge.but there seems to be a design fault on these enclosures the Handel was a bit loose the two seals do not meet a half inch gap then the big one the gap between the door and the fixed panel is not wide enough for anybody with a waist of 44 onwards they would not get in I’m just lucky enough to get in .iv still to test the shower as I’m waiting for things. to dry.

Useless Company. Do Not Use

I ordered a bath, a side panel and an end panel.

The bath was fine, the side panel and end panel cannot be fitted whatsoever in a way that doesn't look like a botched job.

I called customer service who refused to help saying that the panels do not match whatsoever.

They insisted the panels can fit together. Whilst the plumber charged me 35 pounds extra because he spent two hours trying to fit them together.

In the end I had to run out to the shops to buy an extra 65 pounds panels from the local plumbing hops.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

THEY SELL GOODS THAT CANNOT BE FITTED.

The customer service insisted that the panels do match, but they do NOT, and refused to help me to refund or take the panels back.

AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS

After Care Not Best

Phones are never answered and eventually cut off. Spoke to Sales answered almost immediately gave me another number to try, that cut off after 3 rings.

The product I bought from them developed a fault and I would like the faulty part replaced.

Initially they responded to my email asking for a photograph of the broken part, which I did and replied with the photograph. This was sent the same day, heard nothing which was 3 weeks ago. A week or so ago I re-sent the photograph asking what was happening still no response. Tried phoning and cannot get to speak to anyone so I have emailed from an alternative email address in the hope someone will look into the fault.

Worst Service Ever

Do not buy anything from this company. I ordered a bath and the company did not ring to confirm my order had gone through they changed the delivery date without telling me on 2x occasions and I had to ring them to discover this on the day. I was promised a call back on numerous occasions and they never even had the decency to call me back. Each time I was rushed off the phone and promised a call back that never happened. Hands down the worst service I have ever experienced. It is worth paying more to go with a different supplier.

Good Service Until There Was A Problem

Up until the point where I found a defect with two of their products the company were brilliant. The guy who processed my order was very helpful and thorough. Order arrived quickly. However, we found a chip in the bath after it had been installed as the builder had kept the plastic on the bath so it wasn't damaged during the installation process and suddenly the whole dynamic of the company changed. Bath321 refused to refund any of the money for the bath and have ignored my subsequent emails after I escalated to the manager. Furthermore, the toilet seat didn't even fit the toilet they sent and they sent the wrong screen. All of which they refuse to accept responsibility for. I am now stuck with a big chip in my bath, a toilet seat that doesn't even cover the toilet rim and a screen that let's water out.

Unfortunately I wasn't staying in the house during the fitting of the new bathroom so I didn't realise it was incorrect before the fit. The builder informed me about the bath & toilet seat as soon as they noticed though.

Overall it is a real shame because it has completely tainted my opinion of the company which up until that point had been helpful.
